We all know those commercials from those wonderful people that talk about diabetes. The problem with the world that we live in is that when it comes to problems like diabetes, doctors would rather put a band-aid on it and keep you on expensive synthetic drugs that are horrible for your body and keep you dependent on those drugs for the rest of your life. I was diagnosed with being pre-diabetic and I improved my numbers for blood sugar and helping my body digest sugars and lessen insulin resistance. Today we are going to discus what we can do to improve our blood sugar numbers and get out of diabetic range naturally instead of the synthetic garbage that doctors like to push on us. Here are 7 natural remedies for crushing diabetes!
1. Cinnamon
Cinnamon was the best thing that I could have done for my per-diabetic state and I found a tea that was absolutely delightful. Cinnamon helps lower blood sugar naturally and it just tastes wonderful.
2. Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is a wonderful supplement that is a natural superfood that is widely recognized as being a miracle supplement that helps lower blood sugar. I generally added about a cup of water with some Splenda to make it a bit more bearable to drink. You want the good Braggs vinegar that as the mother with it. The mother is the good stuff that helps your gut bacteria.
3. Carnivore Diet
I have grown to love this diet, and it is my favorite diet as it is low carbs to no carbs and is very low impact on the glycemic index. Joe Rogan and Jordan Peterson helped me with this diet as some people have such great food aversions that they can't eat anything, but meat. Look at history and the cave men that used to hunt for a living for their food. They ate meat for the grand majority of the time and they were muscular and were fit.
4. Milk Thistle
Milk thistle is one of those supplements that was a miracle that helped my blood sugar drop really quickly. It has helped countless people to lower their blood sugar and make it out of the diabetic range. This is a must for diabetic patients.
5. Drink Water
Drinking water helps your body work more efficiently. When your body is more efficient, it helps lower blood sugar because your body doesn't have to work so hard to burn sugar.
6. Walking
I went on a thirty minute walk, once a day, for three times per week to help my body burn off every form of sugar in my body. If you can manage a brisk walk, then it burns more sugar out of your body. You really want to do this to help with blood sugar.
7. Get More Sleep
I used magnesium to sleep better and get more and better quality of sleep. By getting sleep, you lower your cortisol levels and your blood sugar will come down when this happens. Take a rest and make sure you're sleeping at least seven hours per day.
I hope that you have enjoyed this blog post about how to help your pre-diabetes and diabetes in your own bodies. These are all natural remedies that will help cure your body of diabetes naturally without all of the synthetic garbage that the bigger pharmaceutical companies try to push on us. Please subscribe to this blog for more blog posts on health and weight loss and share with your family and friends to help them as well. Below is a list of the supplements that I used while trying to get out of my pre-diabetic range.
DISCLAIMER: PLEASE do your own research and don't take this as gospel when it comes to diabetes. I am not a doctor, but I speak from experience in my own life and worked for me.

Why do we Eat When we Are Not Hungry?
I was here at home and I was thinking about weight loss and dieting. Last night we didn't have a whole lot of money to go and get some food. The fridge was empty, the cupboards were empty, and we were low on food in the house. I must have checked those places a million times for food. I had downed three bottles of water, but my body felt hungry no matter what I ate. Have you ever wondered why we eat even when we are not hungry? We are going to get into why we eat when we are not hungry.
1. Not Enough Water!
We do not drink enough water in our lives and we are a dehydrated people in the world. We don't drink enough water and our bodies long for water. Your hunger pangs could be your body asking for water. All too often, we pick up a soda or an energy drink and we drink those choices instead of drinking water. Our bodies are made of 70% water, and we have to replenish that quicker than we have to replenish our food.
2. We Are Bored!
All too often, we eat because we are bored or we have nothing to do. Pick up a new hobby, sport, or do something with your friends. We seem to think that we need to eat something because we have nothing to do. If you pick up an athletic hobby, you can lose weight while enjoying a hobby, and you will not be thinking about food. If we give ourselves a chance to preoccupy our minds with something else, then our body will forget about eating and will focus on whatever else you are doing.
3. We Mistake Our Level of Hunger
What I mean by this is that we forget that we aren't hungry, but that we are actually full when we are eating. We don't let our food hit bottom before we begin eating more after our first serving of our meals. Slow down and really let your body feel if you are indeed hungry for more food. A lot of times we will be at a restaurant, and we eat too much food in the restaurant. Rather than getting a box and eating half the food and boxing up the other half, we eat it all. It takes 20 minutes for your body to feel your food hit bottom. Give it time!
4. We Don't See What we are Eating
We don't see what we are eating and what what we want to eat. All we are concerned with is eating what we want to eat, when we want to eat it, and we don't like it when we think about it. I would suggest getting a journal to write down what you are eating, it's calories, and I want you to see what it is that you are eating. Just by doing this, you will realize that you may have eaten a lot of food.
Put these tips into action into your life and don't be afraid to let your stomach go hungry. You may find that drinking a bottle of water instead of eating could be better for you than eating that food that you want. Slow down and realize what you are doing before you do it. Get out of the house and get going to do something else besides thinking about food all of the time!

2 Super Sunday Tips! ***BONUS TIP***
In our last post we talked about the Concentrated Fat Blaster. If you didn't read it, click here to get that post. In this post we will be working off of that CFB. We were utilizing the body and some of the body functions and getting a good burn going. We were incorporating eating 4-6 smaller meals in a day, lifting heavy, and raising our metabolism. In this post we are going to add two more parts that will help boost this CFB and take your weight loss to new heights. Here we go!
1. Drink Water
Scientists have proven that if you drink a glass of water within the first ten minutes of waking up that your metabolism is raised 50-70% greater for the rest of the day. This means that all you have to do is add a glass of water to your breakfast to raise your metabolism to new heights. On top of that, let's add eating a little bit of protein to this to utilize some greater muscle growth. Eat one or two eggs with that water for a metabolic powerhouse of a breakfast.
The other half to this tip is the fact that water composes us as humans. When you drink 3-4 water bottles worth of water, your muscles function better (no cramps), your stomach consumes your food better, and you will feel better in general. 70% of all men are dehydrated when they first wake up because they don't consume water for 7-12 hours at a time while they sleep. The same is somewhat true for women in the fact that they too do not consume water for 7-12 hours. Women retain water better than men do, so less women are dehydrated when they wake up.
Drinking water is a natural diuretic that will help keep everything regular in your body. Water removes the free radicals, gets rid of extra acid in the body, and removes waste from your body that would otherwise be there. I can not emphasize the importance of drinking water to boost your metabolism past what you would ever think. The Concentrated Fat Blaster will be thrown into hyper-drive.
2. High Intensity Interval Training
I was looking back over the last post about the CFB, and I was convinced that there are people out there that can't lift heavy to help burn fat. So, I was thinking of something else that we could supplement for that. High intensity interval training, or HIIT is a set of exercises that kicks the body into fat blasting overdrive without being a burden of having to lift like a bodybuilder. HIIT gets the heart beating faster, longer, and harder to give you a prime time for burning fat.
What exercises are incorporated into HIIT? The first one that I would start off with after stretching are jumping jacks. Jumping jacks are great to get that heart beating. Sprinting short distances multiple times is another beneficial exercise. If you get a kettlebell, most of the exercises, such as, kettlebell swings, halos, gunslingers and the like are great for raising your heart rate. Mountain climbers are another good one for burning that fat. Burpees done in the dozens range are good too and can be incorporated with squats for burning butt and leg fat.
I hope that you guys enjoy these tips and the Concentrated Fat Blaster post! Use these super tips on this super Saturday to boost your weight loss even higher. Remember, I'm here for you guys and you guys can comment below to get more help. Drinking water to raise your metabolism and doing HIIT will help with some insane fat blasting. Get out there and off the couch and get what you're worth. You deserve better than you are giving yourself credit for! GO!
BONUS TIP!
3. Stop Drinking Soda
This might be a, "duh" tip for some of you guys, but we still drink soda even though we know that it's detrimental to our weight loss. The sugar in soda converts directly to fat when we drink it. We may not have a beer belly, but it is possible to have a soda belly. I know that when I drink soda, I get addicted to the caffeine and the sweet tasting sugar. Why is it that we drink it then? Our body craves water and we drink soda instead. This tip coincides with the first tip about drinking water. You get headaches when you don't drink water and you drink soda. I'm convinced that we are a society that is drowning in soda, calories, and layers of soda fat. We need to stop drinking soda. Just by cutting the soda and drinking water, you cut 200-700 calories depending on how much soda you drink, in just one day. That would cut off 1-2 pounds a week if you were to cut it out of your diet. I urge you to use these and share them!

Iced Tea, Alternative to Soda
If you are like me, you really like soda. The fizz just makes your taste buds dance, the sugar makes your mouth happy, but you give up a TON of calories in just one can of soda. Very few of us really like to drink just water. We like our fluids that we drink to have a little bit of taste. I have often had a belly that I can't quite shake, just because I drink soda instead of water or iced tea. I checked on the calories in iced tea as opposed to soda, and there is no comparison on which one is better. If you drink a glass of iced tea with a little bit of sugar, it is normally under 30 calories. A can of soda averages about 140 calories. This is just one of many good effects of iced tea.
1. Iced Tea Keeps You Feeling Full
Iced tea is really good for weight loss because it is a fraction of the calories of a soda. Iced tea also keeps you feeling full without all of the calories. If you drink a glass of iced tea in between meals or before a big meal it will help to curb those hunger pangs.
2. Stabilizes You Blood Glucose Levels
Unsweetened Iced tea is also good for stabilizing your blood glucose levels. Iced tea helps regulate the fluctuation of glucose levels. If you are a diabetic that is trying to lose weight then unsweetened iced tea is great for you.
3. Natural Caffeine
Black and green iced teas have natural caffeine that helps boost body energy levels. This caffeine is not artificial, but it is good to drink in moderation and keep the caffeine to a low. Caffeine is used in sports to give you muscle endurance. Caffeine in soda is added, artificial, and is consumed in dangerously high amounts.
4. Half Iced Tea, Half Lemonade
The half iced tea and half lemonade is one of my favorite options, especially when losing weight. It seems easier to cut your gut when you just switch from soda to iced tea. Iced tea is a great supplement to transition to water from soda.
5. Iced Tea Not Like Water
Iced tea is not like water and will not hydrate you like water. The misconception that many people have is that iced tea will hydrate their body like water does. This is simply not true! You need to drink as much water as you do iced tea. There are little crystals that will turn into kidney stones if you don't moderate the iced and the water.
6. Drink Tea, Consume More Water
Drinking iced tea makes your body make saliva and makes your body create ammino acids. This, in turn, makes your body want to drink water. Drinking water will make your body feel more full while eating less. Drinking water will flush your urinary tract and kidneys to get rid of the mineral residue that is natural.
These effects of iced tea make it a considerably better option instead of soda. Drink iced tea to get a little bit of taste while staying full. Drink it in moderation with water to begin feeling better and work your way into drinking all water. Iced tea is famously starred in the Duck Dynasty show with Uncle Si Robertson. Take a swig, kick back, and relax.

The Fruit on Juice - Is It Good?
Hello readers! We have been going through foods and drinks that are good for your body and those that aren't good for your body. We will be getting on to Step 3 of weight loss in our Weight Loss series tomorrow. So, let's get started with taking a glimpse into the world of fruit juice!
1. Natural or Not?
Natural fruit juices have little to no extra sugar added to it's juice.
The juices that are not natural fruit juice are processed and have loads of caloric sugar added.
2. Vitamins
Juices, whether they are natural or not have vitamins and minerals in them that are fantastic for the body.
While the one's that aren't natural taste good, the vitamins and minerals that are in them are man made the majority of the time.
3. Phytonutrients
Phytonutrients are naturally occurring nutrients that are essential for fighting against diseases and have disease fighting qualities. Their role is to act as antioxidants and fight against cells in your body that are harmful.
4. Sugar and Calories
Fruit juices can have a lot of sugar and calories that in turn into fat, and make you have what appears to be a little bit of what some people may think of as love handles.
5. Carbs
Yes, fruit juices do have more carbs in them than soda does. It is a sad fact, but it is true.
6. Water
Water is a great alternative to fruit juices, minus the vitamins and minerals.
It has been proven that there are more upsides to fruit juices than there are downsides.
I would suggest, in my opinion, that fruit juices are good for you, especially 100% natural.
I would also like to point out that you should drink a little bit in moderation with the rest of your diet. (Not too much. Too much can be a bad thing.)
So, all in all, fruit juices are sweet!
