Do You Have This Disease? This Blog Post COULD Save Your Life!

I have been out of the blogging world for a while now, but I am BACK. Why did I take a break? Well, I got married to the love of my life, have worked for the biggest company in the world, have seen my grandfather go downhill and die, and I've had a health complication myself. I have had my eyes opened to something new that I think you would agree is something that you have never really thought about before. Why? Because its not one of those things that's mentioned all the time, like breast cancer, heart attack, or arthritis.

My question to you, the reader and hopefully the person that wants to improve their health is this...do you know what fatty liver disease is? I didn't know about this until I had one of my friends and his best friend die from the exact same thing. Do YOU know what fatty liver disease is? If you know know, you should DEFINITELY be reading this. I MUST warn you though. This could be VERY shocking news for the majority of people that don't know what it is and for those people that don't know if they have it.

Why do I ask if you have fatty liver disease?
I ask because it is directly conjoined with obesity and the concept of eating WAY too much food! The number of cases for NAFLD, or Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease was 90 million back in 2013, just in America alone. The number has risen considerably over the past three years. If this disease is caught early you can save yourself and your life, but it will be a long battle.

What is fatty liver disease?
Fatty liver disease is the storing of fat by your body after glucose has been made in over abundance and your body can't use it all. The fat is then stored on your body and around your liver. You see, your liver creates fat when fructose is pumped into the liver. Your liver can't get rid of the fat quick enough, so it just stores it. The process of sugars being turned into fat in the liver is called lipogenesis. To put it in simple terms, you eat sugar, your liver creates fat.

How do I know if I have NAFLD (Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease)?Blood tests and an ultrasound are some of the sure-fire ways of telling if you have fatty liver disease. The other way to tell is this; do you eat sugar, fat, carbs, drink soda, eat junk food all day, and have a bit of a belly? You most likely have it if you answered yes to these. If you do have NAFLD then you are at risk for your liver to shut down and your body will shut down as well. You will find that your body will just stop functioning unless you do something. Let's dive into what you can do to save your own life or at least give yourself a fighting chance.

1. Consult Your Doctor
If you answered yes to consuming large amounts of sugar, flour and carbs and you have a belly, then you need to consult your doctor and ask him or her about fatty liver disease. Because NAFLD is in relation to diabetes, you are definitely going to want to get more information as to if you have it and what it is.

2. Eliminate the Sugar
Sugar has absolutely no nutritional value for you. It is just plain bad. Fatty liver disease and cancer is fed by sugar. We eat and drink so much sugar that we should be always be in a hyper and sugar mode. By eliminating the sugar consumption you can work on flushing out the garbage that is stuck in your liver and around it as well.

3. Cut the Carbs
Carbs are also made into sugar that is made into fat and that makes your liver fatty. Cutting the breads and pastas is really helpful when cutting fat and beating fatty liver disease. Carbs are the building blocks and are fuel for your brain in order to operate. The problem is that we over-indulge ourselves and eat WAY too much in the way of carbs.

4. Burn More Fat
Get off of your butt and go and exercise! When your body gets to the point of constant muscle atrophy, you will find that your body will need all of the junk food just to get going. Burn more fat to give yourself a chance to burn the fat off of your liver. You can still save your liver, but it will be hard to do.

I hope that you the reader have found this blog post very eye-opening and informative. You really need to take this seriously and make an effort to change or else you will find yourself in an early grave. Men and women alike eat and drink some of the worst things for your and we are obese. Weight loss and losing that fat will cut down on your chances of having NAFLD Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease. Go and live! Please share this blog post with family friends and follow our blog as we get going!

Obesity...The Silent Death!

I've been doing a lot of thinking lately and I have decided to do a post about the effects on the body that obesity leaves. Several of my friends and the people that I know have become sick from being overweight and having obesity. I have endured through some of the effects of obesity. Millions of people are affected by obesity and I am calling everyone in the world to read this blog post and consider changing your life for the better.

Some of the affects of obesity have been topics that we have talked about. I don't want to extensively talk about what each of these affects entails, but I want to educate my readers on what exactly is happening in your body when you are overweight or obese. There are a good number of people that are oblivious to what obesity is, the affects, and the consequences of continuing on the path of being obese. Let's learn about how obesity is the silent death!

1. Heart Diseases
The number one way that obesity affects your body is through shutting down your number one vital organ, the heart. Obesity is literally a heart breaker! Heart diseases are extensively destroying hearts and are clogging our arteries with fat from being overweight.

2. Liver and Kidney Complications
Another huge way that obesity has an affect on our bodies is liver and kidney complications. We normally associate sugar consumption with obesity because eating sugar makes you fat, not eating fat itself. Our liver and kidneys can't handle the the dense sodas and the sugar that we stuff our faces with.

3. Cancer
Cancer is a rather broad cause of death from obesity. There are several different cancers and causes for them. The thing is that it has been scientifically proven that a lot of cancers feed off of sugar. When you are obese you eat a lot of fat creating sugar which in turn causes cancer.

4. Shin Splints
Shin Splits aren't quite as serious as cancer, but it is a very painful effect of obesity. Shin splints are extremely painful and we find it hard to jog or run or even exercise because our body can't handle the extra weight. Our bodies were built for smaller amounts of weight in order to live at optimal health.

5. Death
Obesity has the ability and power to kill you! Don't be duped into thinking that obesity is harmless. There are are countless of ways to die and while obesity is only one of them, there are thousands of different parts to obesity. Death can come to you at any time, especially when you are obese.

According to World Health Organization there are over 600 million people in America alone that are obese, 1 out of every 10 people are obese, the worldwide devastation of obesity has doubled in the time between 1980 to 2014, and obesity is preventable. It is quite simple to fix the problem of obesity, but it is hard at the same time because people don't want to be bothered with the truth and they don't want to give any effort towards it. We will talk in the upcoming effects of obesity in further detail. End obesity in your life today. Share this post with everyone that you! Let's begin a worldwide war on obesity right now!

Cookies...Tasty or Fatty?

Cookies are tasty trinkets laced with sugary delightful goodness. Cookies are savory, melt in your mouth, tidbits of sunshine that make your mouth and tongue want to dance. Some of you may have heard of the "Cookie Diet" and may have even tried it. While there were results, cookies that lack nutrition are not the answer. Let's take a look at how cookies are tasty and fatty.

1. Sugar
Sugar is the main ingredient in cookies. Sugar disables your immune system and is the leading cause of fat and obesity. Too much sugar is not good for your body.

2. Fat
Butter and oils are combined in cookies to make them taste good and go down smoothly. Buttery fat includes salt and raises cholesterol. Butter contains fats and margarine contains trans fats. Either way we are doomed if we eat cookies.

Are there really any benefits to cookies? Besides splurging and having something that tastes good, there really aren't any good benefits to cookies.

3. Cancer and Disease
Cookies can cause cancer and disease. Why is this you say? When you become obese you open yourself up to cancer and disease.

4. High Fructose Corn Syrup
High fructose corn syrup has quite an impact on blood pressure levels. The blood pressure skyrockets when we consume sweeteners. HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup) is an alternative to sugar and is used in unison with sugar to make snacks addictive and tasty.

We can see that cookies are tasty and fatty and are detrimental to society. Are we eating ourselves into oblivion? Cookies come in all shapes, sizes, and different levels of sugar content. Cookies are fatty and sugary and are bad for weight loss. You diet will suffer terribly by eating cookies. We have all eaten cookies. We don't eat them by the serving size, which seems to be two or three, we eat them by the sleeve full. Check out the video below to see what Brian Regan says about cookies! Can you relate?

Candy, Tasty or Fattening?

Almost everyone has loved candy or some form of candy in their lifetime.
We are going to look at why candy is bad for your body.

1. Weight gain:
Candy is full of empty calories that can't be burnt off quickly.
40% off the sugar of the candy we gobble away turns to fat!

2. Reduces Nutrient Intake:
The consumption of candy and sugar wears on the body and causes your body to not consume the vitamins and good nutrients that it needs.

3. Tooth Decay:
We all know about this one.
Tooth decay is prevalent in our society as crawls into our lives via suckers, candy bars, licorice, and other candies.
Candy deprives your body of calcium that is needed for healthy bones and teeth.

4. Candy Increases the Risk of Disease:
Sugar in candy takes calcium away from the body, making it easier to contract osteoporosis.
Sugar lowers your immune system considerably as it takes more energy to consume and digest it.
For more information on sugar and the body visit our, "Just a Spoon Full of Sugar Makes the Medicine Go Up?" post!

Candy and candy bars are terrible for your body's health.

Sugar converts to fat immediately.
Try some dried fruit, fruit, and occasionally a swig of natural fruit juice to curb the candy cravings.
Having just passed up Halloween not too long ago, many people in the world are fatter now than they have ever been.
Try to keep yourself from eating candy and sugar, just for the heck of it!
Have a great morning!
