Happy New Year! A New Way to Look at Resolutions!

Happy New Year! Happy 2017!!! We just got through Thanksgiving and Christmas is coming quickly. Why did I say, Happy New Year? Because I have a new concept for New Years and the resolutions that we make all the time, but never keep. We are going to power pack our New Years' resolutions to ensure that we will reach them and accomplish them. Weight loss will be simple and you will soon be in the clothes that you have always dreamed of wearing and you will have the body that you've always wanted!

1. New Year's Resolutions

We are going to make our New Years' resolutions now. The reason being is that we need to get the resolution now so that when we get to New Year's we would normally be hitting a plateau in our year. We are going to reset the New Years' resolutions when January 1 rolls around. Car companies live in the year ahead of everyone. In order to get ahead of the weight loss curve and keep your fat loss diet going, we will hit it early and come out with a bomb of a New Years' resolution blog post.

2. Choose 1 Weight Loss Resolution

Choosing 1 weight loss resolution instead of multiple ones gives you more power and energy because you only focus on one resolution at a time. We are going to hit this resolution for all we got now before we get to the New Year and by that time we will be slowing down. Fat and dieting will not stand a chance after we are done.

3. Go Big or Go Home

By going big we will accomplish more from our resolutions. Even if we don't achieve it all, we will be accomplishing the normal resolution that we would be trying to accomplish. We have to give it all we got. For some of us we can't afford to not diet and lose weight.

4. Realistic

The last part to this is to make it realistic. If we don't make them realistic then we will fail. We do have to accomplish something or else its pointless. Make your resolution three parts; the part to accomplish that is doable, the part that you wish you could accomplish, and a part that is totally off the wall crazy that you want more than anything. Shoot for the stars!

Lets get those New Year's resolutions! We are going to get our weight loss, dieting and fat loss goals and resolutions. You HAVE to make your resolution now so that we can accomplish next years' goals. Don't live in the now...live in the future! 2017, you are going down!!!

Start Your Weight Loss Fresh for New Years

It's been said many times that we are going to set New Year's resolutions to lose weight, lose the muffin top, lose the extra weight, stop eating so much, and on and on and on. Little do we know that we fail to take into account the lack of control, discipline, knowledge, and strength to keep going in our weight loss, even after the first few days or weeks of our year. Start your year off fresh. Here are 3 powerful steps to solidifying weight loss for the beginner, the intermediate and the pro.

1. Knowledge
The first step to solidifying your weight loss is to gain the knowledge about what type of weight loss you are going to try to accomplish. You may be a pro at losing weight (have lost weight and know the general gist of things), or you may be a complete and utter beginner. Either way, you have to know your enemy to defeat your enemy. As the years go by things change; something that may have worked last year might not work this year. Get the 411 on the weight loss program of your choice!

2. Strategy
Along with the first step comes the second step, and the second step is to know the strategy for the previously gained knowledge. You have to know what you're going to be doing (knowledge), and you have to know the strategy (plans and means to carry out the prescribed knowledge), and you come out on the other side with the correct formula to then commence and be successful in solidifying your weight loss.

3. Execution
The last key and part to solidifying your weight loss is the execution. In order to solidify the overall weight loss you have to gain the knowledge of the weight loss program, make a strategy or study strategies to get you to the end result, and last but not least, you then execute that strategy. By executing the above strategy that was made doable by the knowledge about what you're doing, you find yourself solidifying your weight loss and succeeding in your weight loss!

You will find these to be 3 of the most powerful weight loss tips you will ever read about in your life! They are simple, to the point, and are very easy to implement in your own life. If you want to solidify your weight loss in the coming New Year, follow these simple steps to the weight loss that will change your life forever! Let 2016 be the New Year where your resolutions are absolutely and chaotically obliterated! Go and get it!!!

Happy New Year!

Is the ETL Diet the Best Diet? You Decide!

So, I was sitting down and thinking one day. I was thinking about what all the diets have in common. All of the diets have one thing in common, it is that diets are normally keeping track of calories or keeping track of stuff. It is a pain to keep track of stuff and I was sick of it. I have come up with a diet that only keeps track of what you eat, not the calories, not the fat, just the substance of what you eat. There is no writing down anything, just thinking and a little bit of common sense. Let's get started!

ETL Diet
The ETL Diet stands for the Easier Than Life Diet. This diet is easier than life, quite literally! The thing that makes it easy is that anyone can do it and it is going to revolutionize the diet and weight loss industry. The thing that the weight loss industry doesn't want you to know is that you actually have a good chance of GAINING weight on their diet program rather than LOSING weight. Why is that? It is for the sheer fact that people don't want to keep track of EVERYTHING they eat. They don't want to do the point trackers, journals, shakes, and other malarkey tricks and shenanigans to try to lose weight. It is very expensive and time consuming to lose weight. Not on the ETL diet!

1. What Goes in Must Come Out
What goes in must come out. When you eat junk food, you are going to find that you don't feel good. Why do you think you feel bad when you eat McDonalds or other fast foods? It is because you eat GMO foods and straight hormones and chemicals. When you eat what is good for you, then you will feel better and feel good. Your body will naturally feel better when you begin to eat better. When you eat fruits and vegatables, your body consumes what we would like to call, "healthy fuels." These healthy fuels convert to feeling better.

2. Watch What You Eat
All you have to watch with the ETL Diet is what you eat. As with the first point, all you have to do is eat better. If what you are planning on eating is not good for you, then you don't eat it. There is no keeping track of calories, carbs, or little meaningless things like that. All you have to do is make common sense decisions on eating good food, such as fruits, vegetables, grains, and stay away from sugar, candy, and soda. It is that easy!
Good food (fruits and vegetables) + Common Sense (thinking about what is good for you) = something you should eat

3. Exercise
Exercising with the ETL Diet is this easy. All you have to do is exercise for 5 days a week at an 1 hour a day. With this diet you do cardio exercises, aerobics, weight lifting, martial arts, or bodybuilding. You may choose from these choices. Running falls under aerobics and is considered the best by most beginning dieters. Running at 4+ MPH is the best to start with. 5 days of exercise a week for 1 hour a day is easy. You get two days off and it makes it Easier Than Life. If you want to exercise for more hours on one of the days to compensate for other days in the week, you can do that too.

4. Share It With Friends
We are trying to go viral and we may write a book laying out our diet if we can get enough people to get on board. I have lost weight in doing this. I went from 225 LB. to 180 LB. in a few short months. It was that easy. There was no hassles of starving, no keeping track of stuff, no nothing. I know what it is like to do the point trackers, the shakes, the junk and spending too much money and time on it. All you have to do it think about what you eat, exercise, and live your life!

We have come to the next year and I want to encourage you to keep your New Year's resolutions! I urge you to keep going and lose that weight. As we are trying to finish up January, I am challenging you guys to beat those fitness, weight loss, weight lifting, and bodybuilding goals to get to that beach body you deserve!

Happy New Year! Break Out The Biggest New Year's Resolution Known to Man!

You have probably already kissed your love of your life, played some games, eaten some food and a myriad of other things for the New Year!
I wish you all a very Happy New Year!
For a lot of us, we have also neglected our stomachs and have eaten too much.

I am here to give you encouragement to set those New Year's resolutions high and toast to doing better.
There are a lot of ultra critical people out there so I wish to not be one.

Remember to crack out those journals and jogging shoes tomorrow.
Keeping track of what you eat and remembering to work out is important.

Why is weight loss the biggest New Year's resolution know to man?

There has been many a debate on the subject, but I think that it is the feeling of a fresh year that people seem to want to start over.
I encourage you to begin that weight loss to better yourself and get that beach body you have always wanted!

I tip my weight loss drink of ginger ale to you all and wish you a Happy New Year!

Why Do So Many Weight Loss New Year's Resolutions Fail?

Why do so many weight loss New Year's resolutions fail?
I was browsing through the weight loss news today when I came upon this article about weight loss.
It shed some light as to why so many weight loss new year's resolutions fail.

"The dismal success rate of these New Year's diet resolutions is discouraging but it isn't particularly surprising, since 80% of all dieters fail to lose weight, and one-third even gain additional weight. But the upside to these depressing statistics is that they have given researchers the impetus to find out why losing weight is so difficult. So in hopes of keeping those resolutions alive, let's take a look at why so many well-intentioned weight loss efforts fail every January.
Perhaps one of the most important reasons why the failed New Year's diet has become such a cliché is that willpower is often no match for all the variables that influence eating habits. According to a 2009 study published in the journal Appetitefor example, the sheer complexity of most diet schemes, Weight Watchers in this case, may be enough to discourage many people from maintaining their weight loss efforts. The researchers found that the 390 study participants were more likely to give up their diets prematurely if they were “... not able to recall or process all required information for deciding what to eat.” Higher “self-efficacy,” the belief that they could lose weight, did encourage the participants to stay on their diets, but simplicity of the diet was still a better predictor of success. The researchers also noted that environmental factors, like keeping junk food around, could subdue willpower as well."

Willpower seems to be something that we all struggle with.
I know that we struggle with willpower, so here are a couple of tips for you guys.
1. Say No To Junk Food
Saying no to junk food is great for keeping willpower.
2. Keep a Journal
Keeping a journal will allow you to really see what you are doing in your weight loss.
What do you guys think about this in relation to New Year's weight loss resolutions?

Back On Track - Plans Before New Years

If you were like me yesterday, you may have over eaten a little bit.
That's okay, we can get back on track on our weight loss together!

It's one of those things that we often contemplate right before New Years.
With all of the New Years resolutions there is ONE thing that we want to get straight, OUR PLAN.
We are always thinking about what plan we want to have, as well as a course of action.
There are a lot of people that think about making their resolution to lose more weight.

So, how do we make a plan and course of action that we are going to keep?

It is ridiculously easy!

We will go through some steps to help you take action!

1. Pen and Paper
Grab a pen and paper and write down your plan.
I mean, write down every detail.
Having it all in front of you will be a great way to stay true to that plan.
Next write down the course of action that you want to take in accordance with that plan.

2. Accountability Partner
This may sound weird, but I would suggest having an accountability partner for that plan and course of action. Share it with that person, whether it be a spouse, friend, or maybe your mom!
That person will help keep you accountable and will keep you from straying.

3. Weight Loss Group
Find a weight loss group that is additional help to help you really grasp the concept of your plan and course of action. This group could be a, "Meet in person" sort of group, or, it could be a, "Meet in an online forum" sort of group. Either way is good!

4. Forgiveness
Be willing to forgive yourself if you do stray from the plan and course of action you have chosen.
This is a key to weight loss.
At some time in the plan, you will stray and splurge, it happens!
You need to forgive yourself and pick yourself back up to keep losing weight.

5. Get Back On Track
If you have started your weight loss before the holidays and have splurged, then you need to get back on track and remind yourself of what's important.
If you really care about your health, then you will be willing to move on from the splurge, give up your depression, and get back on track!

I hope that this has been insightful as you try to get back on track before the New Year's parties and before the new year!

Share these with your friends!

I promise you that it is that simple!

I leave you with these crazy easy steps.
