Fast Food...Worst Food for Your Weight Loss!

Have you ever suspected that there was something weird about fast food? I mean, you have all of these food items, they don't cost all that much to buy, and you seem to feel really bad after eating it. Why then do we keep eating it? Its easier to get a couple of cheap burgers and go home after a long day at the office, its cheap, its quicker than most fast food restaurants, you don't have to talk to anyone, they smile at you, and you think it's all good. We are going to talk about why fast food is the worst food for your weight loss. It is crucial that we, "know our enemy" before we can, "beat our enemy!" Let's get started and really dig in!

1. Fat Content
Let's begin with talking about the fat content that we deal with in fast food. Most fast food is deep fat fried, like the french fries and chicken nuggets, and the mozzarella sticks that we enjoy. There is fast seeping out of and running off of the food that we consume on a regular basis. My mom used to joke that we would go and get our share of grease for the day. Fat is killing more people than the ebola crisis that we are dealing with in the world. People are diagnosed with diseases related to being overweight and for having too much fat on our bodies. Before we take a shock at finding that the ebola virus is out there, let's first remember that we are dying from eating fat every single day!

2. Salt Content
Salt content is not nearly as bad as the fat content, but it certainly contributes to the way our bodies feel after eating it. The salt content is through the roof because there are less preservatives in fast food and they need the food to stay fresh for a long time. The shelf time needs to be a lot because they never stop making fast food by the ton. They know that they will eventually sell the one's that they made two hours ago, and then they will move on. Quite often when I go to fast food restaurants my food is cold when I get it and I realize that I'm eating exactly what I paid for, a dollar sandwich and it's worth no more than about twenty five or fifty cents. The fries at most fast food restaurants aren't even edible because there is so much salt.

3. No Protein
My brother did a test in his chemistry class and they were studying proteins and how proteins react to certain chemicals. They decided to test a famous meal from a certain fast food restaurant and the sandwich contained almost zero physical evidence that it even contained protein at all. The funny part was that the packaging that the sandwich came in said that it contained ten grams of protein per sandwich. There were no signs of protein anywhere! If your somebody that works out and then goes out to get a chicken sandwich somewhere, be aware that what you're eating isn't chicken!

4. Cheap Food
If you're like me, then you hate spending money at fast food restaurants. I mean, who wants to spend five or six bucks for a sandwich that is bad for you anyways? I don't! The problem is, is that the cheaper you go in price, the worse off the food is for you. Fast food restaurants make and prepare their food for pennies on the dollar. I used to think, "Oh, its only a dollar, I'm going to get three!" Until I was sitting there one day and my friend that worked for a fast food restaurant said, "You realize that you get what you pay for, right?" I thought to myself, "So that's why the cheaper food tastes worse and is worse for you!" It was all beginning to make sense in my mind.

5. Not Fresh
The last point I have to make today is that the food isn't fresh. I was in a local fast food restaurant a few days ago and the flies were the worst that they have ever been in there. Flies were running rampant all over everything. It was one of the most unsanitary situations that I've ever been in. I mean, a person can only take so much. The food wasn't fresh, it was cold, and it tasted terrible. I was so disgusted that I have not been back into that fast food restaurant since then. With so many flies flying around, you have to know that your fries are now flies, and that your sandwich is now a flywich. I have heard of stories of people finding bugs in their food from fast food restaurants. It is no wonder!

I was very happy to write this blog post as I feel passionate about telling people about the hidden dangers of fast food restaurants. I would suggest taking your money to the store, getting some fruits and vegetables, having a nice glass of wine if you would like and sit down and have a sandwich. Avoid the cheap and bad food that is coming from these fast food restaurants. There are sit down restaurants that have great tasting food that is good for you. You just have to look around and find them! Remember, fast food does not contribute to weight loss, but weight gain!

What is Obesity Overload?

I wanted to really explain the purpose of this blog and what I hope to accomplish. I need everyone to read this message. It's that important to me and to the wellness of the blog. Obesity Overload is a blog that I started in 2012 when we were really in trouble when it came to obesity. It was an epidemic!

WHO and WHAT?
Two years later, we are still in trouble and we are still having an epidemic of obesity because people do not care whether they are obese or whether they have a six pack. I am someone that is obese, but I'm working on losing weight and working out around every turn. I sympathize with you guys. I have been where you are at and I was scared because I have been obese for a quite a while now. What I want for you guys and this blog is to keep giving you guys tips, tricks, and tutorials on diets or exercises to help combat obesity.

WHEN?
When are we talking about? NOW! We need to combat obesity now. We need to crush it and give it up for good. Did you know that the revolution against fat starts with you? It really does! If you really want to see obesity be beaten, then you need to stand up and do something. Help us help you by sharing this blog, get the word out there among your friends, and read these blog posts!

I urge you guys to take the bull by the horns and get up! Get going and use these tips to help us grow even bigger. I'm sick of people making excuses. If you are a real man or woman instead of a little kid, stop making excuses! I'm serious! Share this blog and help us by using the tools that we put out. We want to ban the word obesity from our vocabulary and help all people be fit and without health issues connected to obesity. Don't you guys realize that you guys can chose to be skinny and that it just takes you, wanting it bad enough?

If you were inspired by this comment, like, share, and talk about it! Get the word out please! We are getting to the point where we are looking at what we want to be working on. If you don't get the word out, we will be forced to close this blog. We need enough people taking part and sharing it!

This Diet By Far the Best! Living Clean Diet

This is the easiest diet that has ever been and, dare I say it, the best! Many people have created diets such as the vegetarian diet, or the caveman diet to really live clean in your diet. The thing that all these diets lack is the fact that it is imbalanced. What I mean is that vegetarian is all fruits and vegetables or all meat. The Living Clean Diet takes on a new challenge of balancing it out. We will look into a new diet that will jump start us into a a new era on this blog. We are going to delve off into this diet and get back to weight loss. I ask that you give me a chance to help you, that you read these blog posts, and that you share them with your friends.

1. Healthy In, Healthy Out
I'm sure you guys have heard the expression, "garbage in, garbage out" before. We are going to get into the healthy in, health out kind of thinking. When you put healthy foods in, you will get health effects and healthy weight loss out. If you put in fruits or vegetables in, you will feel better and get easier weight loss. If you put in pizza, candy, and junk food in, you will get bad feelings and junky feelings out of it.

2. Poison
When you see something like ice cream or that soda in the store, before you buy it, think of it as poison for your body. That is exactly what it is! I know that it sounds relatively dumb or a bit simple, but it really is. I once had a doctor that taught me this concept. I applied it to my life and weight loss. The pounds were peeling off like a toasty sunburn gone bad. I was losing weight in a hurry and it was easy. I gained 10 pounds of muscle by working out doing bodybuilding, and I was cutting a lot of fat weight.

3. Smarter...Not Harder!
Work out smarter not harder! The majority of people work out WAY too hard. If you want to work out to lose weight, do bodybuilding. Instead of spreading out the sets and resting in between, do them together. Do 4-5 sets of exercises for your arms on one day altogether instead of spreading them out. When you do this you put more stress on your muscles and it causes them to burn more fat to fuel the muscle. These are called Monster Sets. (4-5 sets of 8-10 repetitions of each exercise.) If you want something easier, do some High Intensity Interval Training, or aerobics are good as well.

4. Balance
Balance out your diet. Eat enough fruits and vegetables while eating some meat to get your protein for the day. By doing this you get enough vitamins, minerals, and protein to run your growing muscles and your body in general. Remember, if it is bad for you, it is poison! The Living Clean Diet works off of the concept of, "things that will help you to live clean." By balancing this diet out, you get a little bit of everything.

5. Drink More
What I mean when I say, "drink more" is not what you all are thinking. I don't mean, "drink more alcohol and mixed drinks." I mean, "drink more water." Your muscles that burn the fat are 80% water. Water is one of the fuels that keeps your muscles going. In addition to this, your body is 70% water in and of itself. When you drink soda, your body is depleted of nutrition and water. Replace the soda, sugary juices, and alcohol with water. You can cut your weight even quicker by doing this.

I hope that you all are considering this diet as a credible diet that will help you lose some weight. I have been on this diet and I have felt really good. I keep the sweets to an all time low for a treat and I have felt so much better. I feel like I have built some really good diets for you guys, but this is probably the best one. It is for anyone and is the easiest diet in the world to do. The reason for this is the fact that if the food is good for you, then you eat it. If it's not, then you don't. It's that easy!

Obesity Overload RELOADED!

Obesity Overload has been a great blog that a lot of you have benefited from. I was needing to ask that you guys share it as much as possible. We need a LOT of shares. If you guys want the blog to blow up and me keep writing it, then I need you guys to be wonderful people and pick one blog post and share it. I really want to reload it and have what would be a second season. This may be asking too much, but I think that if we can get this thing to go VIRAL that we can really enjoy the benefits of this blog for years to come. This is for all of you that have heard of this blog, have benefited from it, and those people that are readers of those big blogs. I really need this guys, thanks!

Now, getting back down to business. I want to talk about fats and what incorporates in the body to compose the fat that jiggles on our bellies, butts, and hips. I know what a lot of you guys are thinking, "Here we go again. I have heard this before." This will be unlike anything you have heard. Fat is a substance that can be confused for muscle when working out.

1. FAT...What is it?
Fat is a jello-like substance that stores in fat cells that coexist from earlier on in life. It is stored for those days when your body thinks that it will be starving. It begins burning that fat when it has enough energy to run the body, which, in turn burns the fat. Fat can also be formed in women's and some men's bodies as cellulite. Cellulite is formed on the abdomen area and the leg and butt area. It looks similar to cottage cheese.

2. How is Fat Formed?
Fat is not formed by eating fat!!! This is a ginormous myth that a lot of people get wrong. Fat is formed by eating sugar. Yes, that soda and those Snicker bars are making you fat! Sugar is converted to glucose (sugar or fat in the blood), and that glucose then is converted to fat that is stored in your fat cells. (On your abdomen, butt, and thighs.) Drinking sugary drinks can decay your teeth, deplete your bones of calcium, and put fat on like it's going out of style.

3. Protein Shakes
Protein shakes are fatty and add a lot of fat because of the sugar content that is in it. You may be putting on more fat than muscle. It is a fact that you may want to look at the label. If it has more than 5 grams of fat per serving, then it is too much.

4. How do I get rid of fat?
You and I can get rid of fat by doing cardio workouts, aerobics, medicine ball workout, bodybuilding, weightlifting, and running. If you want to jog, you can burn enough calories to begin burning fat. Get outside and spend at least 45 minutes a day to burn enough calories to burn enough fat.

Now that we have looked at fat and what it is, you can be better equipped to fight it! Combat obesity with this customized program!

Mini Blog Post - Enjoy The Holidays

I thought that I would put out a quick mini blog post.
I wanted to say that in light of what we have been talking about that you can still enjoy the holidays by eating your favorite foods.
Just keep in mind to eat everything in moderation.
Everything we eat isn't detrimental to your diet or weight loss, but excess amounts are fatal to weight loss.
I guess what I'm saying is to enjoy yourself, but don't pig out.
Gifts, family time by the fire, Christmas carols, hot coco, hot cider, and lots of other goodness.
For the next couple of days enjoy your time with family.
If you have time, then take a nice walk.

Have a Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas!
