3 Foods that Slow Down Weight Loss!

If you are like me, you realize that there are some things that just aren't worth eating for your weight loss, even if they are good. We will discuss those foods and I will teach you all how to choose which foods are foods that you are not going to want to eat if you want to lose weight. These foods are foods that are going to want to be avoided. They will slow down your weight loss and may cripple you. Let's dive into these foods that will slow down your weight loss and gain some great information to help you explode into your weight loss!

1. Fruits
Sugary fruits can prove to be even more detrimental to weight loss than beneficial. Fruits are packed with sugar that is what we would call glucose. The glucose is then put into the bloodstream and is converted into fat. Stick with eating fruits like apples, bananas, and other lower sugar fruits. Fruit juice is a weight loss killer that will slow it down and will bring it to a halt. Fruit juice is just as bad as soda. Stick with your vegetables and good fruits and good old-fashioned water.

2. Cereal
There are a lot of different point-of-views that people have about cereal and whole grains. The way I see it is, eating fat doesn't make you fat. If whole grains are fattier grains than crushed grains or processed grains, it would prove to be healthier for your body. That's not the problem with cereal that we will discuss. The problem is that there is so much sugar in cereal nowadays that you have to eat cereal that is like dried cardboard in order to get any nutritional value. I would suggest eating a granola bar that has sugar and tastes sweet, but find one that has honey so that the sugar is more natural.

3. Processed
Processed foods are always going to be bad for you and are always going to slow down your weight loss. Processed foods are WAY too salty and have WAY too much sugar in them. Anything that is made in a tube and that is processed needs to be avoided. Processed foods are classified as foods that are the cheapest food in any grocery store, mainly because they have the least nutritional value for your body and weight loss.

Takeaway
There is a definite takeaway that I want men and women to understand. Not all foods are created equal! A bowl of cherries is not as good for you as an apple, candy-like cereal is not as good for you as toasted oats, and processed food is not as good for you as organic or non-processed food. This is a great tool to use if you want your weight loss to take off. If the food that you're trying to eat has the same calories, sugar, fat and salt as bad foods, then don't eat it! Bad food is poison! You can't put poison in your body. Give us your questions or comments below, we encourage interaction!

Go and kill that obesity and boost your weight loss with avoiding these three foods!

Start Your Weight Loss Fresh for New Years

It's been said many times that we are going to set New Year's resolutions to lose weight, lose the muffin top, lose the extra weight, stop eating so much, and on and on and on. Little do we know that we fail to take into account the lack of control, discipline, knowledge, and strength to keep going in our weight loss, even after the first few days or weeks of our year. Start your year off fresh. Here are 3 powerful steps to solidifying weight loss for the beginner, the intermediate and the pro.

1. Knowledge
The first step to solidifying your weight loss is to gain the knowledge about what type of weight loss you are going to try to accomplish. You may be a pro at losing weight (have lost weight and know the general gist of things), or you may be a complete and utter beginner. Either way, you have to know your enemy to defeat your enemy. As the years go by things change; something that may have worked last year might not work this year. Get the 411 on the weight loss program of your choice!

2. Strategy
Along with the first step comes the second step, and the second step is to know the strategy for the previously gained knowledge. You have to know what you're going to be doing (knowledge), and you have to know the strategy (plans and means to carry out the prescribed knowledge), and you come out on the other side with the correct formula to then commence and be successful in solidifying your weight loss.

3. Execution
The last key and part to solidifying your weight loss is the execution. In order to solidify the overall weight loss you have to gain the knowledge of the weight loss program, make a strategy or study strategies to get you to the end result, and last but not least, you then execute that strategy. By executing the above strategy that was made doable by the knowledge about what you're doing, you find yourself solidifying your weight loss and succeeding in your weight loss!

You will find these to be 3 of the most powerful weight loss tips you will ever read about in your life! They are simple, to the point, and are very easy to implement in your own life. If you want to solidify your weight loss in the coming New Year, follow these simple steps to the weight loss that will change your life forever! Let 2016 be the New Year where your resolutions are absolutely and chaotically obliterated! Go and get it!!!

Happy New Year!

How to Lose Weight: 3 Proven Strategies

Have you ever been stuck in a rut on how to lose weight? Have you ever been lacking in real proven strategies for losing weight? If you are a beginner or answered yes to the above questions, then you are not alone. There is a good number of people in our world that is not educated in how to lose weight. So, in this blog post I really want to give you guys three proven strategies for how to lose weight. At the end of today, you will have a strategy that you can implement in your own life for weight loss!

1. Lighter, Longer, Legitimate!

Targeted Class: Best for older men and women and those with bad joints.

The first strategy that I want to talk about will take the least amount of effort and is probably the easiest one to execute. This strategy is based on the concept of working out at a low to medium impact effort and eating a third of the normal calories that the average person eats in a day. Because it is a low to medium impact workout effort, we find ourselves losing weight slower, but the slower we lose weight the longer it will stay off. This is a highly legitimate and trustworthy strategy for losing weight.

2. Middle of the Road and Intermediate
Targeted Class: Best for most people and a bit of a one-size-fits-most.

The second strategy is the best for most people. It is a one-size-fits-most type of a strategy. I have laid out a diet, the ETL Diet that goes with this strategy. I find that working out with this strategy entails working out with medium impact to light-heavy impact, and eating with a diet that cuts over half of the calories of an average person. The ETL Diet that we are basing our e-book off of goes well with this strategy because it allows you to lose more weight because you are eating extremely clean and your body will feel great! I have taken part in the majority of my weight loss time in this strategy and I see an average of 3-5 pounds being burned in a week and my body doesn't hurt so bad.

3. Heavy, Athletic, Superhero-esque
Targeted Class: Best for those that are strong willed, spirited, young, athletic and strong.

The last strategy that I will talk about for today is that of a heavy, athletic, and superhero-like weight loss strategy. I have proven that this one works, but it is one of the hardest, discipline driven, and hearty strategies for losing weight. It is based upon working out with high to very high impact and eating about half of the calories of the average person. If you can do this one, you will burn off huge amounts of fat and will feel very accomplished after conquering it. This strategy is for those that are not grossly obese due to the fact that those that are grossly obese can't workout very hard. Gook luck if you are someone that has a lot of discipline for this heavy strategy!

I would encourage you guys to chose one of these strategies to workout with. The second strategy is the best one and you get a free diet that we have already written out and laid out for you guys. The second one is one that disciplined and committed people can do. A lot of people try to do the first one and they don't get good results. If you try to take the second strategy, you will find it an accomplishment and you will feel good about your new body.

Feel free to share this blog post and comment at the bottom! If you comment, I will answer and help any ways I can!

3 Benefits of Diets

Have you ever asked yourself, "What is the point of dieting?" Why should you diet? Are there any benefits to dieting? I have heard several, in fact, hundreds of thousands of benefits to dieting. I have chosen 3 benefits of diets in order to help you guys decide on whether you should diet or not. I hope to fully convince you guys that you need a diet and to help you guys see why it is a great idea to go on a diet.

1. Avoid Disease and Sickness
The first reason to diet or for diets is that you will be able to avoid disease and sickness. Diabetes, cancer, bloating, and the lowered immune system are all diseases and sicknesses that being overweight and obese causes. Diets are the automobile to take you from sick and obese to healthy.

2. Blood Pressure Decreases
Blood pressure decreases when you begin a diet. Losing weight while on a diet can and will lower your blood pressure. Blood pressure contributes to your heart and internal organs working harder than they should. Lowering your blood pressure will help your body to work more efficiently. Your body is like a machine. When your body runs with high blood pressure, its like running a machine that runs on gas on water. You need to lower the blood pressure in order to put the gas back into the machine.

3. Your Body Will Feel Better
When you are overweight, your body feels bogged down, slow, and very hard to move. An overweight body feels uncomfortable because of always sweating, sagging fat, and lots of other problems. If you go on a diet and lose weight, your body will feel better, will run more efficiently, and you can get rid of the extra fat that acts like extra weight weighing your body down.

These three benefits for diets is just a few little drops in the bucket. Losing weight will have extremely radical and good effects on your body. Dieting is 80% of the weight loss. Diets are not as hard as you may think. They have absolutely hundreds of good benefits. I hope that you guys will consider doing a diet and to change your life for the good and for the better. If you don't, then you risk being really sick and or dying.

3 Myth-Conceptions About Weight Loss

We all know that we aren't always the best at assessing the situation and experiences that we have. Weight loss is a subject that a lot of people have misconceptions about. In this blog post we are going to look at myth-conceptions (myths that are misunderstandings) that we actually believe as facts about weight loss. We think that we are people that fully understand weight loss and our bodies, but you might be surprised to figure out these myth-conceptions that we often have.

Myth #1: "Snacking is a bad thing"
I often hear people talking about weight loss and snacking as if they go together like water and oil. We often mis-conceptualize our minds and trick them into thinking that weight loss and snacking are bad. We think that eating more will aid in weight gain, not weight loss.

Fact #1: "Snacking aids weight loss"
Snacking is actually an aid in weight loss because we keep our metabolism going and in turn, we lose more weight. This doesn't mean that snacking on pizza, chips, and soda is a good thing. Snacking on wholesome foods such as, fruits, vegetables, legumes, and drinking water are all good snacks that you can eat.

Myth #2: "Weight loss, only for a limited time"
The next myth-conception I want to talk about is the myth that weight loss is only for a couple of weeks or months. We think that weight loss is only for a few days and then we can go back to how we are eating. People that think this normally go back to their atrocious eating habits, and they gain their weight that they just lost, back.

Fact #2: "Weight loss, a way of life"
The analogy I want to use here is the one that we have heard a million times, "garbage in, garbage out." When we eat garbage and take it in (fatty, bad foods), we will feel terrible and get garbage out (fat on our butts, abs, and thighs). When you put good in (good foods during a diet and weight loss), you get good out (weight loss and loss of your fat). Weight loss becomes a way of life after you lose the amount of weight that you need to, for the sheer fact of maintenance of the weight that you have lost.

Myth #3: "Fast food...a thing of the past"
We often think that just because we are doing a diet, working out, and losing weight that we can no longer eat fast food. We think that our juicy Big Mac will never touch our lips again, that we will never eat gold crunchy fries, that we will never eat doughy pizza ever again. We have a misconception that our society has tricked us into thinking. These misconceptions are simply not true!

Fact #3: "Everything in moderation"
My mother's voice rings in my ears when I begin to think that I will never eat fast food again, "everything in moderation, everything in moderation." The fact of the matter is that we ARE and CAN eat fast food again even though we are on a diet! We can get the Big Mac, fries, and pizza, but we have to eat it in moderation. What do I mean by moderation? I mean, instead of pigging out on a ginormous burger with all the fixings, shoving down a truckload of fries, and downing a 32 oz. drink; eating a moderately sized burger, a smaller portion of fries, and a medium soda. Eat smaller portions so that when you are done eating, you're not overly stuffed and feeling sick.

I have had these same myth-conceptions about weight loss and I know that a lot of you guys have too. Read through these, comment below, and share them for the maximum effect of getting the word out about these myth-conceptions. We have all had our times of seeing something for the wrong meaning or the wrong thing. We need to stop adopting and making new myth-conceptions and get out there and share the factual truth about these!

Weight Loss Step 3 - Keep a Journal and Plan

It may not seem like a very good weight loss step, but it is crucial to the weight loss process!
Keeping a journal is one of the only ways that you will be accountable to do well.
Planning is something that is great too.
We will talk a little bit about the two of these elements to weight loss step 3.

1. Keeping a Journal
This is something that will take a few more minutes to do in your day.
Write down EVERYTHING you eat, including calories.
Men should be eating 2,400-2,800 calories a day, and women should be eating 1,500-1,800 calories a day to be able to lose weight in a good time.
Keeping a journal will give you accountability, and will allow you to really see how much you eat in a day!
You can also plan out your biggest meals like lunch and dinner and save more calories for them and cut back on a snack or two.

2. Planning Ahead
Planning ahead is something that most people don't do on a diet.
They don't think about how they are going to get to point A and point B.
Plan ahead, the calories to be eaten, the calories being burned, all by estimate. (There are calorie burning calculators online)
As a note on keeping a journal and planning ahead, if you cheat, you are only hurting yourself and your weight loss. You aren't hurting me!
Planning ahead will also keep you from being stagnant in your weight loss program, allowing you to adequately see what is happening in your diet.

Looking at these two elements to weight loss step 3 has been excellent for weight loss.
It is the turning point in your weight loss journey.
This is when you really begin to see the results.
You should be well on your way to reaching your 3-5 pounds lost in your first couple of weeks.
NOTE: You should always consult a doctor before beginning a diet. This is just my opinion on a diet and is what I did to lose 30+ pounds! Disclaimer: You are responsible for the results that you get from this diet.

I have done hundreds of hours of researching facts and figures that have been proven hundreds and thousands of times online.
I take those facts and figures to give you a diet where you don't starve and a new way to diet!
Hope you have enjoyed step 3!
