Best Protein Shake Powder for Monster Results

Are you someone that struggles with putting muscle on? Someone who would love nothing more than a little bit more manly muscle to show off with? Someone that may be overweight and will need to build muscle to be able to burn the fat off? If you answered yes to any of these questions or you need a suggestion for the best protein shake powder for monster results in your workouts and in the gym, look no further than here for the best. I will break it down and talk about the protein shake powder that I used and the great benefits that I loved about it. I will include a link that will give you an opportunity to get the very same powder that I used to get 20 pounds of muscle in two short weeks!

The best protein shake powder that I use for monster results is the Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein Powder. I was a younger guy in my 20's and I wanted to gain some massive muscle because I had the drive to want to feel and look better. I was at college and should have been gaining the infamous, "freshman 15." I gained the opposite of that freshman 15, the lean mean 20...in two weeks! Imagine putting 20 pounds of muscle on your body. You would be well on your way to a muscular and fit physique. Here are the PROS to this great protein powder!

1. Lean
There is little to no fat in this protein powder as it is extremely lean. This means that it will pack on a LOT of muscle and little to no fat. This will come in handy when you're trying to pack on muscle and lose weight at the same time. The last thing you want to do is add a lot of sugar and fat to your diet. This protein is packed full of good amino acids that build muscle.

2. Power-packed
There are 60 grams of protein in each serving for your protein shake! This is an enormous boost to your muscle building powerhouse. Your muscles will come back quicker and will feel better for longer amounts of time. The average protein shake has around 15-25 grams of protein in each shake. With this protein powder you are more than doubling the amount of protein for each and every shake!

3. Nutritional
Aside from the other protein shakes out there, this protein shake powder is very nutritional and can be used to supplement a small meal. There are a lot of great nutrients that provide your muscles with the nutrients that are needed to come back from strenuous workouts and make you feel prepared and ready to go again the very next day.

I saw monster results in my weight loss and my muscle building when I was taking this protein shake powder. I typically drank mine in milk because it was a little bit creamier, but it was fattier due to the 2% milk. Eating fat doesn't make you fat, eating sugar does. This is the best protein shake powder for monster results in the gym. I found myself wanting to workout a second time in the day if I drank my shake early enough in the day. You can experience the same results too! If you would like to grab some today, you can click on any of the links!

7 Golden Fat Burning Foods

After reading the past couple of blog posts about weight loss and pushing to accomplish your New Years resolutions (CLICK HERE!), you're probably thinking, "Can you give us some tips on how to accomplish what you're asking us to do?" That's where this blog post comes into play. I would like to introduce 7 golden fat burning foods to you and how they help you burn fat. We will be going into depth a little bit further than just the surface for these 7 foods. Anyone can tell you, "yep, these are fat burning foods," but very few posts ever say, "why." Let's get into these 7 golden fat burning foods and why they burn fat to give you a six pack in no time at all!

1. Spicy Foods
Peppers and hot foods are a great way to burn fat and to lose weight. You may have heard of the famous Sriracha hot sauce that is sweeping over the world like a huge spicy cloud. Spicy foods can liven your foods and dishes up really well and then get your metabolism going, In turn, this gives you a fat burning kick-start! If you really want to add something to your foods quickly, then just add some spicy salsa.

2. Eggs
This fat burning food is probably the most overlooked one of them all, mainly because we often think of eggs being full of fat. The truth is that you don't get fat from eating fat. You get fat from eating foods that have sugars that convert into fat. Eggs are full of protein that will give you better muscle. This will add up and will help those muscles burn fat at a greater pace because you will be building more muscle. Have some eggs for breakfast to start the fat burning wagon on a trail-blaze!

3. Lean Meats
This golden fat burning food is the most considered of them all. It is easy to eat meat in this world because it tastes so good. Meat is easy to cook and you can cook it in many different ways and flavors. Lean meats like turkey, chicken, and lean beef can burn fat by adding to your muscles. Meat contains a lot of protein and this protein can help burn a good amount of fat. You can incorporate a meal or two in the week to start. It's that simple.

4. Peanut Butter
There are a lot of myths about nuts being fatty. The thing is that everyone needs to eat a little bit of fat. Everything in moderation is better than ridding yourself of it altogether. Peanuts and peanut butter has a large amount of fat burning protein because this too can help you build more muscle. It is essential to have muscle to burn fat. If you don't have muscle, then you will not burn fat. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are a great way to start. Slather a good amount of peanut butter on your sandwich.

5. Green Tea
You may be reading this fat burning food shaking your head wondering how green tea could burn fat. Green tea uses natural caffeine to boost your body's production of muscle and energy levels. Your metabolism boosts as well, and we have found that green tea or black tea will give you even greater fat burn. All you have to do is have one cup of tea a day. Make a tea time like the people in England, and enjoy the benefits of burning more fat.

6. Citrus
Citrus is a great source of vitamin C and vitamin C is great for helping the body pass the cold or flu better.Citrus is also known for boosting your fat burning furnace by causing metabolism combustion in your body at rapid rates, causing your body to burning more fat because of greater efficiency. Add fresh lemons to a fish for dinner, or a lime to your tacos, or maybe some lemonade to your meal. The acid will cause your fat burners to explode.

7. Apples
Apples may be the last thing you think of when you think of golden fat burning foods, but they play a very important role in helping you burn fat. Apples allow your body to feel full for longer amounts of time. Your body has to have the energy from the apple to burn fat. The sweetness  can also act like something sweet to curb your sweet tooth cravings. There are also great amounts of vitamins and essential minerals in apples. Add one to your day for a snack to boost your fat burners!

I hope that you guys have enjoyed this post about 7 golden fat burning foods. Please share these foods with your family and friends to help them lose weight as well. Save a life by promoting these blog posts. You can save somebody's life by pointing them in the right direction for weight loss. Please consider adding these foods to your diet to help your fat burners kick into overdrive. You will not be sorry, I promise!

Protein Shakes, 8 Benefits

A good amount of people have heard of protein shakes and professional athletes endorsing protein shake supplements and bottles and cartons of this muscle building wonder. Did you know that your body needs a good amount of protein to build muscle? We have also heard about a lot of debates on if protein shakes are good for you or not. I'm not even going to write another debate blog post about whether protein shakes are good for you or not. I'm going to give you 8 benefits of protein shakes. You can decide whether you want to use protein shakes to put more muscle on. Here, we, GO!

1. Cut and Paste
So, when I was really bulking, I was lifting heavy, with less reps, and I was consuming one protein shake a day. I found that I was almost cutting and pasting muscle on the areas that I was working on when I was lifting heavy and drinking protein shakes. I put on twenty pounds of muscle on in about two and a half to three weeks! It was a ridiculous amount of muscle that I was gaining for not working out so much.

2. Bounce Back
This is a HUGE pro to drinking protein shakes! I found that I have incredible bounce back and my body had great resiliency when it came to working out. What happens when you workout is that your muscle breaks down and then it comes back a little bit stronger 3-5 days later. When you drink protein shakes, you come back in 2-3 days instead of 3-5. The time frame was completely different.

3. Fat Loss
In accordance with the second benefit is the third benefit and that is that protein shakes contribute to big fat loss. When you workout and gain muscle, the muscle burns more fat. When you workout your legs, they get to the point where they are fat burning furnaces. More muscle equals more fat burn. This is the exciting part about protein shakes is that they convert to fat burning muscle.

4. Snack Supplementation
This was very true in my case. I could use protein shakes as a snack. Protein shakes are lower calories and so that contributes to weight loss as well. I would not supplement a meal with a protein shake just for the mere fact that protein shakes don't contain vitamins, minerals, and other supplements that you get from food that is good for your body. The fun part about this is that you can whip up a protein shake rather quickly and you can take it on the go!

5. Absorbs Quickly
Another benefit for drinking protein shakes is that they absorb into your body very quickly; I mean, wicked fast! Whey protein isolate is the best pound-for-pound protein out there in the world and takes a few short hours to absorb fully. This does not mean that you can supplement it for rest. You still have to rest, but you don't have to rest as often as you would without the protein shake.

6. Handles Heavy Lifting
Protein shakes handle heavy lifting like a champ! The protein shake was designed to help bodybuilders and power lifters and even beginner lifters come back quicker than they normally would. To utilize your protein benefits to their fullest, lift heavy, low reps, and watch the muscle jump onto your body. The best way to tell if the muscle is coming is to try on a dress shirt before you begin working out, find your size, and then work out for a few weeks. You won't fit in that same shirt the next time you try it on after working out!

7. Several Flavors
Call me a loser for thinking that this is a benefit, but I think that this is a big benefit. If I get sick of tasting chocolate protein shake, then I can get another flavor instead. They come in so many different flavors. Another hidden benefit is that the higher end protein powders actually taste decent. It doesn't have to cost you dearly for you to get good sources of protein.

8. Stronger or Lighter
The best benefit besides the fact that protein shakes put on a ton of muscle is that you can put in how ever much protein powder you want. You can put in one scoop or you can put in two. It is completely up to you! If you need more help with your protein intake, then you can add a little more. I drink my protein shake powder in milk, so it makes the protein shake thicker and creamier than it would be in just water.

I hope that you guys can use these benefits to come to a knowledge of what protein shakes are actually like. A LOT of people would just say, "Don't drink it." The problem is that they don't get give valid arguments for why protein shakes are bad for you. Share these benefits with your friends and tell them how good protein shakes are for you. If you really want to take your lifting to a new level, drink a protein shake...or two...or several!

Cheers!

Fast Food...Worst Food for Your Weight Loss!

Have you ever suspected that there was something weird about fast food? I mean, you have all of these food items, they don't cost all that much to buy, and you seem to feel really bad after eating it. Why then do we keep eating it? Its easier to get a couple of cheap burgers and go home after a long day at the office, its cheap, its quicker than most fast food restaurants, you don't have to talk to anyone, they smile at you, and you think it's all good. We are going to talk about why fast food is the worst food for your weight loss. It is crucial that we, "know our enemy" before we can, "beat our enemy!" Let's get started and really dig in!

1. Fat Content
Let's begin with talking about the fat content that we deal with in fast food. Most fast food is deep fat fried, like the french fries and chicken nuggets, and the mozzarella sticks that we enjoy. There is fast seeping out of and running off of the food that we consume on a regular basis. My mom used to joke that we would go and get our share of grease for the day. Fat is killing more people than the ebola crisis that we are dealing with in the world. People are diagnosed with diseases related to being overweight and for having too much fat on our bodies. Before we take a shock at finding that the ebola virus is out there, let's first remember that we are dying from eating fat every single day!

2. Salt Content
Salt content is not nearly as bad as the fat content, but it certainly contributes to the way our bodies feel after eating it. The salt content is through the roof because there are less preservatives in fast food and they need the food to stay fresh for a long time. The shelf time needs to be a lot because they never stop making fast food by the ton. They know that they will eventually sell the one's that they made two hours ago, and then they will move on. Quite often when I go to fast food restaurants my food is cold when I get it and I realize that I'm eating exactly what I paid for, a dollar sandwich and it's worth no more than about twenty five or fifty cents. The fries at most fast food restaurants aren't even edible because there is so much salt.

3. No Protein
My brother did a test in his chemistry class and they were studying proteins and how proteins react to certain chemicals. They decided to test a famous meal from a certain fast food restaurant and the sandwich contained almost zero physical evidence that it even contained protein at all. The funny part was that the packaging that the sandwich came in said that it contained ten grams of protein per sandwich. There were no signs of protein anywhere! If your somebody that works out and then goes out to get a chicken sandwich somewhere, be aware that what you're eating isn't chicken!

4. Cheap Food
If you're like me, then you hate spending money at fast food restaurants. I mean, who wants to spend five or six bucks for a sandwich that is bad for you anyways? I don't! The problem is, is that the cheaper you go in price, the worse off the food is for you. Fast food restaurants make and prepare their food for pennies on the dollar. I used to think, "Oh, its only a dollar, I'm going to get three!" Until I was sitting there one day and my friend that worked for a fast food restaurant said, "You realize that you get what you pay for, right?" I thought to myself, "So that's why the cheaper food tastes worse and is worse for you!" It was all beginning to make sense in my mind.

5. Not Fresh
The last point I have to make today is that the food isn't fresh. I was in a local fast food restaurant a few days ago and the flies were the worst that they have ever been in there. Flies were running rampant all over everything. It was one of the most unsanitary situations that I've ever been in. I mean, a person can only take so much. The food wasn't fresh, it was cold, and it tasted terrible. I was so disgusted that I have not been back into that fast food restaurant since then. With so many flies flying around, you have to know that your fries are now flies, and that your sandwich is now a flywich. I have heard of stories of people finding bugs in their food from fast food restaurants. It is no wonder!

I was very happy to write this blog post as I feel passionate about telling people about the hidden dangers of fast food restaurants. I would suggest taking your money to the store, getting some fruits and vegetables, having a nice glass of wine if you would like and sit down and have a sandwich. Avoid the cheap and bad food that is coming from these fast food restaurants. There are sit down restaurants that have great tasting food that is good for you. You just have to look around and find them! Remember, fast food does not contribute to weight loss, but weight gain!

Supplements: The Pitfalls to Working Out?

Hello, and welcome all of my faithful readers! We talked a little bit about protein shakes in a blog post last year and mentioned once over the past blog posts about how protein shakes are the only supplements I take when I work out. I want to clarify a little bit about protein shakes and some other supplements. There are a lot of different articles about protein shakes and supplements and if they are good for you. I want to give you guys an accurate glimpse into a few of the most popular supplements on the market right now. Are supplements the pitfalls to working out?

1. Protein and Protein Shakes
There has been a lot of heated debate around the topic of protein and protein shakes. Is added protein to your diet good for your body, your weight loss, and your overall diet? I would say that protein shakes are an added supplement for those people that are serious about putting on some mass muscle in a short amount of time. I added a good ten pounds of muscle in a span of two weeks just by adding a protein shake to my diet 3-5 times a week. It is for ADVANCED bodybuilders or for people that know what they are doing. Let's focus for now on how to get rid of the fat, not how to build the muscle. Besides the obvious chance of overdosing from eating or drinking to many protein shakes, the only side effect for those people that take it in moderation is the chance of laxatives and gas.

2. Creatine or Creatine Kinase
Creatine or Creatine Kinase is a powder that you can mix into drinks that will boost muscle growth in a very short amount of time. Creatine is NOT a steroid! It is found in red meats and fish in minute levels. Creatine reduces fatigue. It is a myth that Creatine is a steroid. Creatine allows you to do more reps and more sets which provides you with more lean muscle mass in the months following your beginning to take the supplement. The side effects of Creatine are the same as protein or protein shakes. It CAN in rare cases cause stomach or gastrointestinal issues. The huge problem that bodybuilders and athletes have with Creatine is that it puts H2O into your muscles which allows your muscles to look bigger naturally. That water weight can be and is heavy. Due to having that water in your skin and muscles it makes you look softer instead of more solid. Creatine can be used, but is NOT in any case needed right now in your weight loss journey.

3. Nitric Oxide
Nitric oxide is a newer bodybuilding supplement that has recently been released by supplement companies. Nitric Oxide is a natural gas that allows the body to communicate in between cells. It releases more adrenaline and more hormones. NO allows more blood through the veins and to muscles. The fatigue of the muscles doesn't exist for long because the increased blood flow allows your muscles to heal. The hormones and adrenaline that is released helps you to go longer and harder. If you have high or low blood pressure you should consult your doctor before taking Nitric Oxide.

As with all of these supplements, there is always a chance of overdosing. We are not responsible for your supplemental intake, overdose, how you take it, or death. You should consult your doctor before taking any supplements. Supplements can be good, but you should know how much to take and how often to take it. In the long run, supplements are pitfalls to your working out at this point in time. When you are trying to lose weight, muscle is going to do you no good. You can build a little bit of muscle to help you burn more calories, but you will end up looking fatter because you are growing the muscle under the layer of fat. Stay on the path of just burning the fat off.

Happy weight loss!

Bodybuilder's Diet - What Does It Entail?

I'm sure that many of you, like myself, would like to have that bodybuilder's body.
I was unclear on what it entailed until I did my research.

So, today I want to share with you, my more ambitious crowd, and even those people that want the washboard abs!

What does the bodybuilder's diet entail?

1. More Protein
You may have heard about the large amounts of protein that a bodybuilder needs for lifting weights and gaining muscle, right? We are going to take that down a notch.

While it is good to eat protein, we suggest you take it slow for the first couple of weeks.
Beginner bodybuilder protein that I would suggest is 50-80 grams of protein a day.

Protein is the building blocks for building more muscle that will in turn burn more fat.
You can eat chicken or eggs and drink milk and protein shakes for boosts of protein.

2. Eating Better
You have to eat more obviously if you intend to build the muscle, but you have to eat right.
It's like this; you eat more calories (good calories), that feeds the body, that builds the muscle.

I would suggest eating a lot of eggs, chicken, fish, milk, peanut butter, and fruits and vegetables.
The good calories come from fruits and vegetables and those low fat meats and milk.
Eating pizza, burgers, fries, and other fast food will not help you achieve this diet's goal.

In saying what I did above, I must warn you that you will gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat.
If you are concerned with looking bigger for a few weeks while you build the muscle to burn the fat, then you should consider a different diet.

I can tell you right now that I have gained a lot of muscle, and am currently burning fat, but I feel bigger than I was. All that to say that I'm feeling stronger and buffer than I was before the diet.

Search & Win

3. Working Out
Working out is crucial to any diet, but is the main aspect of the bodybuilder's diet.
In order to burn the calories you have to have the right exercises.

I would suggest running, maybe on a tread mill if you have one.
Running and doing leg workouts on a weight lifting machine will build the largest muscles on the body, giving you the ultimate fat burners.

Lifting weights is good as well because it builds the muscle to burn the fat.
Dead lifts, bench presses, pull ups, push ups, and exercises like that are good.

To switch things up you can even do High Intensity Interval Training to burn the MOST fat while still building some muscle.

4. Rest
You may not have guessed that rest was part of the bodybuilder's diet.
It is indeed essential because your muscles actually grow during rest.
Your body will take the protein that you are consuming and turn it into pure muscle.

I would suggest working out 3-4 times a week and rest the rest of the week.

We have looked at the bodybuilder's diet.
Take action now to get that bodybuilder's body!
I hope that you have enjoyed this post.

Please share this post with your friends and family!

Dairy and Your Diet - Just "Skim" It

The question of whether dairy is good for your diet or not has been rolling around the internet for quite a while. Some people are vehemently against milk and any sort of dairy foods in your diet. While others are for dairy being in your diet and think that they are essential. We will take a look at some facts and see if dairy is something you need to have in your diet.

Facts:
1. Milk and Dairy High in Calories and Fat
It is a fact that there are more calories and fat in dairy foods than in other food groups. The calories and fat come from the hormones from the animal that the dairy food was made from.
2. Dairy is Potassium Rich
Is is factual that dairy is indeed rich in potassium. Potassium is great for helping to lower blood pressure. Athletes need more potassium than the average person because potassium helps regulate the amount of water in your body. Without it you may be suffering from lack of water.
3. Dairy Contains Lactose
Lactose is a natural milk sugar that occurs in milk and then in dairy products. Lactase is a naturally-occurring enzyme that helps your body to digest the lactose. Production of Lactase decreases as you age, so it is upsetting to some people's stomach to consume dairy products.
4. Vitamin, Calcium, and Protein Loaded
Milk and dairy foods are loaded with vitamins, calcium, and protein. Calcium is used to build strong teeth and bones. Vitamins are used to keep the body functioning properly, and protein is for building big muscles.

All in all, we can see that dairy foods probably aren't the worst for you.
They certainly are not the best for you either.
I would suggest keeping the milk and dairy to a low if you are obese and trying to lose weight.
In fact, if you are trying to lose weight you need to cut dairy by a large margin.
If you are bodybuilding, milk and dairy are great for getting the protein you need to build muscle!

Nuts, Are They Good for a Diet? This is Just Nutty!

I hope you guys had a great weekend!
Almost everyone loves some sort of nut, whether its almonds, peanuts, or sunflower seeds.
Some of us are allergic to them, so in that case it would be best not to consume nuts.
We are going to dissect nuts and see how they fit in with our diet and if they are good for our diet.

Pros:
1. Not Easily Perishable
Nuts, unlike fruits and vegetables do not perish as easy. They can stay on the shelf or in your cabinet for a long time.
2. Omega-3 Fatty Acids
Yes, these fatty acids are good for the body! Omega-3 acids are an anti-inflammatory, and can lower the risk of heart strokes, high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, breast, colon, and prostate cancers.
3. Antioxidants
Nuts also contain antioxidants that fight against many forms of cancers.
4. Vitamin E
A handful of nuts is 85% of your daily value of vitamin e. Vitamin E maintains mucous membranes, and skin, by protecting your body from harmful oxygen-free radicals.
5. Protein
For those that are doing bodybuilding, you can get a good amount of protein from nuts.

Cons:
1. Fatty
Nuts are great for all of the reasons above, but they are fatty. Nuts should be eaten with caution and should be consumed by about half a cup to a cup a day. Keep the nuts to a low roar.
2. Unnatural Covered Nuts
Come on, you knew I would bring this up! Eating chocolate covered peanuts, cream covered nuts, and honey roasted nuts are not eating the right nuts for your diet. Stay AWAY from these kinds of nuts. You can and will gain a ton of weight by eating these nuts.

In my opinion, nuts are good for your diet! Nuts have more pros than cons and they are full of vitamins and minerals that are essential for your body.
In saying that they are good for your body, if you eat too many nuts they are detrimental to your body.
You have heard the quote, "Too much of a good thing is a bad thing" by Cato right?
The same thing applies to nuts!
Snag a few today for your health.

Protein Shakes, The Skinny

I have heard a lot of things about protein shakes and this and that.
People fight over whether they are good for your body or not.
Controversy after controversy, and we don't have a definite answer.
I will give you my opinion, and you can take it with a grain of salt.

In my opinion, protein shakes can be good for your body!
If you are having problems with getting enough protein, then protein shakes are for you.
Granted, milk, peanuts, peanut butter, and meat are excellent sources of protein.
If you want to do bodybuilding or weight lifting though for your exercise on your weight loss, then you need to drink protein shakes.

Why does everyone say they are bad?
Everyone in the bodybuilding realm has an opinion about protein shakes, mostly they are bad.
The thing that most people don't like is creatine.
Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that allows your muscles to soak up more water.
In English, it means that your muscles pump full of water and look huge, but when you stop the creatine they shrink in size. (Fake muscle)
I would suggest whey protein for guys as it has a higher testosterone level, and soy protein for women because it has a higher estrogen level.

Straight up protein will give you lasting muscle and it can be found at your local grocery store!
MMA artists and bodybuilders drink them.
There is the skinny on protein shakes.
Go grab one!
