1 Powerful Weight Loss Tip that will Change Your Life!

We are in the holiday season and we all know that its very hard to lose weight during the holidays. What are we going to do? Are we going to gain weight by eating sugar around every corner? Or are we going to be disciplined and continue to lose weight? I will give you a concept, a tip, that will make your weight loss explode and continue through the holidays. I'm not going to give you points, I just want to pump you up and give you the powerful weight loss tip that has changed by life. You can do it! I believe in you! Let's get started!

Mindset. You mean to tell me that, THAT is your powerful weight loss tip? That is one of the most powerful tools that you can use in your weight loss and in life in general. What do I mean by MINDSET? The misconception that a good many people have is that, "I have to change my mind and believe that I can do it, and then I'll do it." That is NOT what I mean by mindset. What I mean by mindset is, "STOP worrying about those things that you CAN'T change, START thinking about what you CAN do to advance yourself at a pace you can do, and STOP thinking of yourself as a victim...think of yourself as a VICTOR!"

NIKE has a motto that has been coined by those great athletes that have come before and have conquered their sport to the fullest that they could. They have MASTERED their sport, mastered! JUST DO IT. Just...do...it. Whatever your, "IT" is, just do it. Don't whine that its too hard, don't complain that you can't do it, don't make excuses, don't envy those that have done it before you, don't become jealous of those people that have lost weight and have a six pack, don't get caught up in all the hype, don't even worry about the latest fads and celebrities that are doing their thing, just do it. JUST DO IT! If you want it, just go and do it.

Do something that the world has NEVER seen before to advance your passion, think thoughts that have never be thought before, expand the good ideas of the current status, and never ever stop until you have achieved those goals that you have set and those dreams that you have dreamed. The mind is the single greatest weapon for your weight loss. Start thinking like a champion! Start thinking like a successful person! Once you focus on WHAT you're doing, and focus on just doing it, you can lose weight, lose fat, get a six pack, or do WHATEVER you want to do! My inspirational speaker, Eric Thomas, has said in several speeches that he has given this one phrase. Here is what he has said, "You will NEVER be successful until you want IT as bad as you want want to breathe!"

I know it sounds cliche to say that we have found a powerfood that will crush your fat, obliterate or desimate it. I'm not saying that it will, in and of itself do that, but it will make your body a fat burning furnace. Why? Because it has so many good things in it and it is a power-food that is very plentiful all the time. It tastes great in many forms. It is cheap and it is one of the simplest foods to cook. 1 Powerful Weight Loss Trick

So many people have to work really hard with their weight loss and with getting rid of obesity. I find it hard to lose weight, especially when I love eating. I am doing weightlifting though, so I am gaining a lot of muscle weight. You have people that do Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, or do workout programs like Insanity or Zumba. You spend a lot of energy going has hard as you can until you can't go anymore. I have 1 powerful weight loss trick to share with you guys and gals that will push your weight loss into high gear and you will see the results that you immensely want to see!



The 1 powerful weight loss trick I want to share with you is the power of CONSISTENCY. My brother and I have been doing weight lifting and we are enjoying seeing the results and muscle even after working out for two weeks. The power trick in weightlifting that we will apply to weight loss is consistency. The problem that we have is that we like to go as hard as we can to get the most out of out weight loss or our weight lifting.

We all know the fact that trying to lose more than 3-4 pounds in a week is unsafe and it takes a lot of work. If we focus on losing 1-2 pounds a week on our weight loss, then we will see the results and it will propel us forward. Then we can up the ante to 2-3 pounds a week, and then maybe 3-4 pounds a week if we have accomplished that. For now let's work on becoming consistent with losing 1-2 pounds a week. There is power in doing one thing, perfecting it, and seeing the results. Millions of people go on a diet, do a workout program, or spend money that they don't have, all to fail in the end and become very discouraged.

Consistency has a brother and that is the concept of DETERMINATION. Consistency feeds off of determination. You must be determined to be consistent and be successful in your weight loss. In order for you to have determination you must be consistent. They feed off of one another like peanut butter and jelly. If you have both of these together, it makes for potency in your weight loss. You may be one of those people that has plenty of determination, but you blow your wad of energy in a couple of days instead of just have a determination to be consistent, even though it becomes tedious.

Apply this powerful, potent, and flamboyant trick to ignite your weight loss. It is all about being consistent with losing 1-2 pounds a week. Do not fear, consistency is here!

1 Video that Will Boost Your Weight Loss During the Holidays!

Welcome fellow readers to my humble home gym that is my abode! I was just thinking that Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years is coming and we all need help. I have been working out hard and have been losing weight, but I really found a gem in this video. My stomach is getting smaller and smaller and there is more and more muscle. The weather is nice outside the home gym and it is fun to get out and run or do something outside. Now is the time to build that beach body. Then when summer comes you will be ready for volleyball on the beach!

Mike Chang from Six Pack Shortcuts is a genius and is somebody that has really given people on a smaller budget something to work with. I have always been someone that has had a bit of trouble with dedicating money to my own weight loss. Mike Chang has done a video that shows that repeating four exercises over and over can accomplish a lot of weight loss. He really knows what he is doing. Without further torture and ado, here is the one video that will boost your weight loss during the holidays!


Mike Chang is the brains behind Six Pack Shortcuts. There is another YouTube workout prodigy that has shared his wisdom with calisthenics with the world. Fortress is a guy that uses nothing but a pull-up bar to get ripped. Here is an extra video that he uses to introduce people to the muscle building world. Technology from my home gym has shown me that just about anyone can lose weight if they can put their mind and body to it. Check out this EXTRA video to help you guys during the holidays!

Weight Loss Step 1 - Work Out Smarter

There are all of these people that work out so hard, but accomplish nothing.
You may be one of these people. Not to worry, we can fix that.
We are going to change the way you look at things.

1. Cardio
I'm sure that you have heard to do this before to lose weight.
Let's look at it through new eyes.
When working out cardio, you can work out on the treadmill.
The treadmill allows you to monitor your length of your run, calories burnt and heart rate.
Working out with sweats and a sweat shirt will boost the sweat and will burn of that obesity.

2. Compound Exercises
Working out with regular exercises only work on one body part at a time.
Compound exercises like deadlifts, pushups, and pullups are a few exercises that work on a few body parts at a time.

3. Walking, Jogging, or Running
Walking is great for burning calories, but jogging and running is better.
The body hits a certain rate when your body no longer feels much of anything, its called, "The Runner's High."
Your body gets an adrenaline rush and then you are able to run longer and harder.
Running burns 2-3 times as many calories as walking.
Jog or run for at least 45 minutes every other day at least three days a week and you will be on your way to killing obesity.
