Have you ever been in a weight loss plateau? Have you ever been trying to lose weight and you suddenly stop losing weight? If you need help getting through your weight loss plateau, you are really going to enjoy these 5 secrets to blasting through your weight loss plateau. There are some things that we can tweak a little bit to really throw our weight loss back into high gear. These are surefire secrets to blasting through weight loss plateau. Enjoy and share these secrets so others can profit!
1. Switch Things Up
Switching things up like eating different foods that you normally don't eat, doing exercises or activities that you don't normally do for your weight loss, or going to bed a little bit earlier can throw your body's weight loss back into high gear by throwing it off track and tricking yourself into doing things you don't normally do.
2. Get Moving
If you are someone that doesn't move very often you should take up the 10/2 rule and move for 10 minutes every 2 hours. If you can move for 10 minutes every 2 hours then you will burn more calories and help your body continue to keep the weight loss train moving.
3. Cut More Calories
Cut more calories where you can. Eat lower calories that are more dense and real food instead of processed food. We can cut more calories and help the caloric difference to be greater. Eat less calories than what you burn and your weight loss will begin again. Sometimes we forget this easy concept.
4. Consider Supplementing L-Carnitine
I have tried supplementing L-Carnitine and would suggest that you consult your doctor about supplementing it in your own life. Greater blood flow and more efficiency in your body can require that your body burn more calories to run. L-Carnitine is a great supplement to help your weight loss.
5. Sleep 1 Hour Longer
Sleeping 1 hour longer is a great secret for blasting through your weight loss plateau. The more you sleep the more you burn and the more weight you lose. Your body doesn't burn fat and calories while you work out, it burns them while you sleep. Sleeping is a growth and rejuvenating action that takes a lot of energy to do.
I hope that you have enjoyed these 5 secrets to blasting through your weight loss plateau. Implement these 5 secrets and enjoy the benefits of these fantastic tips. You will see your weight loss continue and will thrive in seeing your weight drop. Those couple of extra pounds in weight loss is in sight. 5 Secret Exercises for Getting Pumped Up Muscle at Home
It's no secret that there
have been certain exercises to working out and getting pumped. We have 5 secret
exercises for getting pumped up muscle at home and without heavy equipment. All
you're going to need is a hand towel or bath towel. You might be thinking that
these exercises couldn't possibly get you pumped up muscle, but you would be
DEAD wrong! I have used these to get ripped at home for free and the secret is
out...these work to get you jacked and ripped.
1. Push-up Hand Raises
In order to do the push-up hand raises you're going to want to grip your towel about shoulder width apart. Then you assume push-up position when you're at your highest, then you try to raise your hands one at a time as close to your body as you can get them. If this doesn't work with your hands being shoulder width apart then put them closer together. This exercise will work your shoulders, your triceps, your chest, and your abs. Try to pull your hands apart as you lift the hands one at a time.
2. Military Press Skull Crushers
To properly execute the military press you hold the towel shoulder width apart and you extend your arms above your head and bring it down in front or behind your head. For this exercise we are going to bend our elbows as our hands go behind our head. Once your hands are above your head we are going to pull our hands apart while gripping the towel. This exercise will work your shoulders, upper back,
3. Super Crunch
We are doing a variation of a crunch in which you are going to hold the towel shoulder width apart and try to get the towel gripping hands to your feet at the end of the crunch. Focus on trying to pull the towel gripped hands apart. This will give us a greater stretch in our shoulders and a deeper crunch in our abs. All of the sections of the ab wall be activated. Don't bounce as this will take away of the deep burn that you will experience.
4. High Knees
High knees are done when you run in place, trying to get your knees as high as you can. We are going to hold the towel out in front of us and try to pull those long shoulder width arms apart. You can variate this by bouncing the hands up and down while trying to do those high knees. Another variation of these high knees is to variate your running speed. Try running slower, then faster, then at a medium pace. This exercise will toast your legs, abs, and your arms.
5. Squashing Squat
We are going to ramp up the squat and make it something to behold. This is going to be a man-maker of an exercise. Assume the squat position with your towel in your hands at shoulder width apart fully stretched out. Push your hands out until you can feel your abs activate. Push your hands up and stretch those abs upwards after a few moments, and then thrust those hands down in a sort of a squat crunch. Try to push the hands apart in order to get more out of this exercise.
1 TIP (This is what makes these exercises work!)
Pull the hands apart as much as you can with these exercises in order to get more burn and deeper reps. Do these exercises every day until failure and you will be ripped and jacked with huge muscles.
Weight loss, fat burn, and obliteration of obesity is the inevitable destiny after you have used these exercises to workout. You will be burning so much more fat if you do these until failure. These exercises are widely known and you will find yourself gasping for air after this workout.
All of these exercises are variations that are designed to get the nooks and crannies that are normally neglected. They burn more fat and build more muscle by utilizing multiple muscles at once. You guys and gals will definitely feel your body getting buff and ripped as your muscles will be burning immediately. Please share this blog post, subscribe to our blog and leave a comment below to share your results and let me know what I should blog about next! 5 Simple Ways to Tighten Your Core in 7 Days
I was sitting there one day trying
to figure out how to tighten your core and how to do it as quick as I could.
There are many ways to tighten your core, but I wanted to give you five of the
best ones that I have found to work the best for me. We will do it in 7 days,
but you have to be committed to eating right and working out every day.
Implement these 5 ways to tighten your core for 7 days and you will tighten
your core considerably. I have used these 5 ways in my life and have tightened
my core immensely.
1. Plank
1. Plank
The single greatest exercise for tightening your core has got to be the plank. I have used this exercise quite a bit. You may think it easy to hold a push-up position for a long amount of time while not letting your lower back sink, but it may prove more difficult than you think. I started at holding the plank for one minute and worked my way up from there. If holding it on your hands is too easy, simply rock down to your elbows.
2. Drink
This may not be exactly what you were thinking of when first seeing the word, "drink." I have found that drinking 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in an 8 ounce glass of water is a hyper boost to your metabolism. Besides boosting the metabolism, the vinegar balances out the PH in your body to make it more alkaline. What does this mean for your weight loss? It means that you can tighten your core even more because your body is rid of the pain causing acid that sticks in your joints.
3. Breathe

Breathing deeply and practicing your flexing will allow your stomach to get used to being hardened. If you flex in a mirror it will help you to visualize your breathing and flexing. Breathing properly adds another dimension to your core tightening and strengthening. When you breathe in deeply you flex your diaphragm and abs. Really feel the abs flex as you see them when you squeeze. Yoga is phenomenal when it comes to practicing your deep breathing.
4. Kettlebell

Kettle…what? Kettlebells and swinging a chunk of weight that is quite heavy will cause you to flex those abs and tighten that core. Grip that handle, keep your back straight, and swing that kettlebell. A tip that I found that helps is to flex the abs in order to get the bell to swing, don’t physically swing your arm. Its not an arm workout, its an abdomen workout.
5. Stop

Stop eating sugar! Sugar is the biggest fuel for fat and gaining a lot of weight. Once you completely cut the sugar, you cut the gut and tighten your core. Sugar is all bad and doesn’t present any good nutrition for your body. I stopped eating and drinking sugar and my weight began to go down. As I lost the weight my core tightened and my abs were uncovered under the layer of fat.
Please subscribe to our blog and like this blog post on Facebook and your favorite social media sites with the buttons below the post. Share it with your friends as 5 great ways to tighten your core. These have been perfected by myself and I speak from experience. If you do these five things for 7 days in a row you will find yourself with the beginning of a nice set of abs. If you don’t see it in 7 days, repeat until you do! Enjoy your tightening core!

5 Motivational Tips to Crush Your Weight Loss!
Have you ever just felt like your are frazzled, or like you don't know what to do? You feel like there should be a magical feeling because of the topic of weight loss, but it's just not there. Have you ever lacked the drive or motivation to go work out, eat better, and do those things for proper and quick weight loss? If you answered yes to any of these questions or you just need some motivation, then look no further than here! We will give you 5 motivational tips to help you crush your weight loss!
1. Don't Give Up!
"It's hard to beat a person that never gives up!" Babe Ruth
If you have ever wanted to give up before in your life, then you know what its like to be in the seat of a failure or things being hard. Babe Ruth had a lot of success, but with that success came a lot of failure in order to get to the point of being one of the best players in baseball history. When you feel down and like you want to give up, remember who ever remembers the people that give up. No one ever does. Obesity and your weight loss can't win if you don't give up!
2. Fail Forward
"I've failed over and over and over again in my life...that's why I succeed!" Michael Jordan
Michael Jordan said that he has failed over and over and over again and that, that is the reason for his success. You see, if you fail and learn something from your failure, you fail forward. You apply to your life what you've learned and the same goes for weight loss. Find what doesn't work and find the one way that does. Don't stop until you perfect that one thing that works!
3. Stop Complaining
"Success trains, failure complains!"
Success trains and failure complains. If you want to succeed in your weight loss, stop complaining about how you look, how you want to look, or how someone else looks better than you. Go and train yourself instead, and you can reach those goals of looking better than those complaints that you would have otherwise had. Get going and stop complaining.
4. Act Like a Champion
"PrACTice like a champion."
Practice like a champion! If you want to be a champion of weight loss and you want that body that you have been dreaming of forever, then start acting and practicing to be like that body. Practice and practice some more, those things that get to your weight loss goals. Act like you have things together. I found that when i lost a lot of weight, I didn't take it seriously and I ended up gaining weight back because I didn't see myself as a skinnier person. Mindset is everything!
5. Be Consistent
"Success isn't always about greatness; its about consistency. Consistent hard work gains success, greatness will come." Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson
Being successful isn't about sheer greatness, its about finding that one thing that works. Then, once you have done that, just perfect that and be consistent. If you consistently put out hard work, success will come naturally. If you are sporadic in your training and weight loss, then your success will be sporadic. Be consistent and your success will be consistent.
We hope that you have enjoyed these tips and have gained some motivation to crush your weight loss and ultimately beat obesity! You can do it. The main thing is to find that one thing that does work and then pursue that with everything that's in you. I find in my own life that if I find something small that works, I then compound that one thing, perfect it, and in no time flat, I find that transfer into success. Those that have done great things and have been successful, especially at weight loss, have implemented these tips. Greatness follows those people that get up and get going on their weight loss!

5 Reasons We Failed to Lose Weight in 2014
Have you ever thought that, "in order to fix a problem, you need to admit that you have a problem?" I think that neglect and condescending thoughts can kill your weight loss and dieting. We keep expecting results and we keep doing the same things that brought us no results the year before. I feel like we need to evaluate 5 reasons we failed to lose weight in 2014, and then I will go over how we can fix these 5 things in the next blog post. A lot of us create the equation of insanity, or, "doing the same thing and expecting different results." Let's break down these 5 reasons and get started!
1. We Didn't Eating Appropriately
The first reason that we didn't lose weight is because we didn't appropriately to our weight loss program or diet. We ate whatever we wanted and we sit there and say, "I didn't lose weight!" When you eat white breads instead of wheat, you pack on weight whether you eat less or not. These are the facts. We didn't eat properly.
2. We Retained Too Much Water
I think that we normally think of weight that we lose as muffin top, jiggling, and bulging fat. This is not the only form of weight that we lose. Drinking water is essential for weight loss and dieting, but when we eat overly salty foods, it makes our body retain water all the easier. Water weighs a good bit. We eat TV dinners, drink a ton of water, and then it sticks.
3. We Ate Mindlessly
We ate too much food when we were mindless. What do I mean? I mean that we ate when we were bored, not when we were hungry. This is what happens when we stay close to the house after work or school. We get home from school and we immediately sit down and pig out. We don't eat because we're hungry. Mindless eating is empty eating!
4. We Ate Too Much Due to Stress
This is one that we can all relate too. We worry about tests at school or at work, worry about our family or kids, we worry about stuff in our world, the list goes on and on. When we sit down after work and we eat a whole pint of ice cream and then regret it later on, we put ourselves into weight gain overdrive. Stress is the #1 reason that people gain weight instead of losing it.
5. We Didn't Work Out Correctly
There is a right and wrong way to work out? There certainly is! Our last reason that we didn't lose weight in 2014 is that we didn't work out correctly. We either didn't work out enough or we didn't do the right exercises for burn fat and weight. All too often I hear people saying that they are playing sports, but they don't do any cardio.
Altogether, I think that we will be able to fix these 5 reasons that we didn't lose weight in 2014 and we will give you some tips and tools on how to fix these mistakes. Let's not have a repeat year because we were negligent. Let's fix these problems, gain a new mindset, and boost our weight loss this year, and conquer those weight loss goals. I believe that you guys can do this! Share these reasons with family and friends. Feel free to comment at the bottom and share your opinion!

5 Tips to Beat Obesity
You may have heard that it was said, "You are what you eat." This isn't always true, but there is something to be said for eating too much or eating a bunch of food that's bad for you. You won't become a fatty, greasy piece of pizza if you eat it, but you may become obese or overweight if you eat too much pizza, too often. You won't become a carrot if you eat it either! You can become someone that obese if you eat obese inducing foods. Not to worry, we are going to give you 5 tips to jumpstart you on your beating obesity.
1. Listen
A lot of us, when we are looking for something to eat have a little voice in our head warning us not to eat what we are looking at. This little voice seems to disappear after we begin eating, and then it shows up near the end of our meal, right before dessert. Listen to that voice the first time if you know that the food or drink is going to be bad for you. If you decide to eat that bad food, eat a little bit of it and be done. If you go to a restaurant, eat half of your meal and then put the other half in the box.
2. Work-out
Working out is a long lost thing of the past. I mean, you have a few guys that work out hard, they look good, but we need more of those people. If you need something to help you help you to get started, start with trying to do 20 pushups. If that is easy for you consider doing the Batman workout. The main thing is to get off the couch and get going. You can't lose fat when you do nothing to burn the fat. We have tons of workouts to help you. Get up!
3. Invest
Invest in good food for your diet. So many people buy fatty, junky, and poor quality food that the body absolutely despises. Your taste buds may think that it tastes good, but your body is screaming and yelling that it is poison and detrimental to you. Invest in some fresh produce, good whole grains, nuts, and other good foods. Stop paying very little for food that just isn't worth giving a second thought to and invest some money in good foods.
4. Slower is Better
Losing weight slower is better than losing it fast because you never really get used to being lighter than you were. When you lose weight fast your body doesn't get the message until months after you have lost the weight. By then you have started to go back to eating your junk food. Eat your good foods, work out, and lose weight as it comes. Losing your weight slower is way better than losing it fast. Fat doesn't burn that quick anyways!
5. Run
This tip may be something that not everyone can do. If you can't run then jog or walk. Get out into that summer heat and burn some fat off. Take plenty of water as you can become dehydrated while running, jogging, or walking. Don't just sit at home and watch this beautiful season go by without taking full advantage of it. Run like Usain Bolt does when he runs his record pace. Uh...maybe we can't run that fast, but we can still run and workout to get to a place where we are fit and built.
I'm glad you guys have joined us in our weight loss journeys. These tips have helped me immensely and I urge you to please use these tips and share them with family and friends. Implement these tips to get the body that you want and beat obesity with a vengeance. We all dream and wish that we could have a body like Batman, Thor, or maybe even Captain America, but keep in mind that it takes dedication and a will to want to change your body. Let's do it!

5 Minutes to a Skinnier You!
Yes, it is possible to get a skinnier you with five minutes a day!
How are we going to do this?
We can do this by taking advantage of a couple of body weight exercises.
Let's get into the short workout!
1. 40 Push-ups
This first step in the workout is essential for the livelihood of the 5 minute program.
After stretching, begin the push-ups.
The 40 push-ups can be a little bit intimidating and tiring, but they are good for your whole upper body and core. The 40 push-ups should take no more than a minute to a minute and a half.
2. 40 Sit-ups
Just like the first step, step 2 is important as well.
After the push-ups you will begin to feel the fatigue.
Don't begin to cheat if you feel to fatigued.
Take a small ten second break and then go back into the sit-ups and finish them.
It should take WAY under 5 minutes to finish these two exercises.
You are done after the 40 sit-ups and push-ups.

I have done these for three weeks and have dropped a good amount of weight as well as gained considerable muscle.
Do these two simple exercises and get to the skinnier you!

Weight Loss Step 5 - Curb Those Cravings
So, today I wanted to present to you, the reader step 5 of our weight loss program.
Come on, you have had those cravings, the ones that have you up at night worried about what to eat next, right?
I have been a little under the weather and have been slacking a bit on the diet. (Guilty)
We are going to be talking about cravings and how you can put those cravings aside to help your body lose even more weight than you thought you could!
Let's begin!
Come on, you have had those cravings, the ones that have you up at night worried about what to eat next, right?
What causes a craving anyway?
There are a lot of causes for cravings. Your cause could be different than mine, but let's look at a few of them and then we will give you some coping tactics!
Causes:
1. Lack of Nutrients
Your body could be craving something because you are lacking in nutrients.
Eating fruits and vegetables can be sufficient enough for you to curb this cause of cravings.
2. Low Energy
Having low energy can cause your body to want to crave carbohydrates in the form of junk food.
Getting enough sleep will fix that problem.
3. Your Body is Your Craving Trigger
What I mean by saying that is the fact that when you walk past a carnival that may be happening and you smell the carnival food, your body immediately craves something juicy and greasy.
Avoid shops, fairs, carnivals, and such places and you can avoid this cause of cravings.
4. Stress and Tension
Thousands and hundreds of thousands of people crave food because of stress.
They crave to eat something that will take their mind off of their problem.
Try to find a way to relax.
5. Depression or Feeling Down
Some of us crave food to drown our sorrows.
Eating our cravings can be a way of escaping our problems.
Talk to your doctor about a therapist.
Ways to Cope:
1. Drink a 10 oz. glass of water and wait 10 minutes before splurging.
Sometimes your body just craves water and your body says something else.
2. Cut Back on the processed foods.
Cutting back on the processed foods will train your body to not depend on them (sugar, salt, and fat) for your satisfaction.
3. Exercise for 30-60 minutes a day.
Exercising releases a hormone called endorphins that increase blood flow and have a positive effect on your mood. Exercising is a workout suppressant as well.
4. Eat smaller meals in a day.
Eating smaller meals will allow your body's sugar table to be steady so that it will not crave something of the sugary nature.
5. Savor a favorite food!
Savoring one of your favorite foods once a week or every other week will allow your body to enjoy something it does like and will be good for moving forward in the weight loss program.
Don't get carried away and splurge!
I hope that all of you are losing weight and keeping it off as the holidays draw near.
Share these ideas and ways to cope with your friends.
Take care fellow weight loss friends!
