5 Secret Exercises for Getting Pumped Up Muscle at Home

It's no secret that there have been certain exercises to working out and getting pumped. We have 5 secret exercises for getting pumped up muscle at home and without heavy equipment. All you're going to need is a hand towel or bath towel. You might be thinking that these exercises couldn't possibly get you pumped up muscle, but you would be DEAD wrong! I have used these to get ripped at home for free and the secret is out...these work to get you jacked and ripped.

1. Push-up Hand Raises
In order to do the push-up hand raises you're going to want to grip your towel about shoulder width apart. Then you assume push-up position when you're at your highest, then you try to raise your hands one at a time as close to your body as you can get them. If this doesn't work with your hands being shoulder width apart then put them closer together. This exercise will work your shoulders, your triceps, your chest, and your abs. Try to pull your hands apart as you lift the hands one at a time.

2. Military Press Skull Crushers
To properly execute the military press you hold the towel shoulder width apart and you extend your arms above your head and bring it down in front or behind your head. For this exercise we are going to bend our elbows as our hands go behind our head. Once your hands are above your head we are going to pull our hands apart while gripping the towel. This exercise will work your shoulders, upper back, 

3. Super Crunch
We are doing a variation of a crunch in which you are going to hold the towel shoulder width apart and try to get the towel gripping hands to your feet at the end of the crunch. Focus on trying to pull the towel gripped hands apart. This will give us a greater stretch in our shoulders and a deeper crunch in our abs. All of the sections of the ab wall be activated. Don't bounce as this will take away of the deep burn that you will experience.

4. High Knees
High knees are done when you run in place, trying to get your knees as high as you can. We are going to hold the towel out in front of us and try to pull those long shoulder width arms apart. You can variate this by bouncing the hands up and down while trying to do those high knees. Another variation of these high knees is to variate your running speed. Try running slower, then faster, then at a medium pace. This exercise will toast your legs, abs, and your arms.

5. Squashing Squat
We are going to ramp up the squat and make it something to behold. This is going to be a man-maker of an exercise. Assume the squat position with your towel in your hands at shoulder width apart fully stretched out. Push your hands out until you can feel your abs activate. Push your hands up and stretch those abs upwards after a few moments, and then thrust those hands down in a sort of a squat crunch. Try to push the hands apart in order to get more out of this exercise.

1 TIP (This is what makes these exercises work!)
Pull the hands apart as much as you can with these exercises in order to get more burn and deeper reps. Do these exercises every day until failure and you will be ripped and jacked with huge muscles.
Weight loss, fat burn, and obliteration of obesity is the inevitable destiny after you have used these exercises to workout. You will be burning so much more fat if you do these until failure. These exercises are widely known and you will find yourself gasping for air after this workout.

All of these exercises are variations that are designed to get the nooks and crannies that are normally neglected. They burn more fat and build more muscle by utilizing multiple muscles at once. Kettlebells, Put Your Abs on the Stove

How many of us would just love it if our fat melted off without very little effort? What would you say if I told you that I have one piece of equipment that could do that? Would you be skeptical, or would you be willing to try it? What if I told you that you could feel results as soon as the VERY NEXT DAY?!? This piece of equipment needs no introduction. It may not be the most popular, but it is a fantastic piece of inexpensive equipment. It takes little to no space to work out.

Kettlebells are some of the best workout pieces of equipment that you can invest in for your body to get in the best shape of its life. It's basically a cannonball with a handle. It gives you the best workout on the planet in order to burn fat. It's like cutting out your abs, putting them on an extremely hot grill, and searing them until the fat just burns off on that stove. You will be surprised at how easy it will be to burn fat off. It's like High Intensity Interval Training combined with bodybuilding and cardio all rolled into one big workout that takes less than 30 minutes depending on how intense your workout is. Kettlebells take movements that are somewhat irregular, and then it incorporates those movements into a killer fat burn. Let's break it down!

1. Quick Results as Soon as The Next Day?
I'm very happy to say that you will be extremely sore the next day. If you work out with kettlebells, you will find them to be so effective that they will make you very sore. The thing is, the more sore you are, the more they will work. You get quick results because the kettlebells utilize muscles that you don't normally use. They range from a few pounds for women up to about a hundred pounds for kettlebell weight lifters. I found myself trying to get out of bed today and it was hard to stand up. I did a workout with a lot of deadlifts because I have more fat to burn on my glutes and thighs than most guys. If you are someone that needs results quick, there is no piece of equipment that is quicker at giving you results than kettlebells!

2. A Different Kind of Weight Loss?
Kettlebells give you a different kind of weight loss that is so new for some people that it will be mind blowing and unbelievable! The workouts that many a great athlete has used are so intense that the fat burning off is a lot like the process of making fried pig skins. Kettlebells cause you to do hip and ab thrusts in order to get the kettlebell to do what you want it to do. I felt my abs stretch and burn when I was working out. It not only builds the abdomen muscles underneath your fat, but it burns your fat as well. The reason that I have found that the weight loss with kettlebells is different is because it builds muscle first and then burns fat. Most of the time when you participate in a weight loss program, you are weak and your body suffers from not eating so much. With kettlebells, you feel your workout working, and you don't have to starve yourself in order to lose weight. The bigger the muscles are, the more fat you burn.

3. Are Kettlebells Dangerous?
At first glance of the picture above, you may be asking yourself, "Aren't kettlebells dangerous?" The thing is, is that a lot of workout equipment is dangerous, even a small one pound dumbbell. Even a yoga mat can be dangerous. I would suggest working out with a kettlebell with shoes on as opposed to going barefoot. If you drop it on your foot, it could bruise your foot and add problems to your workout. I feel like a lot of people don't utilize these great pieces of equipment more because they are scared that they are going to get hurt from the kettlebell. The only way you're going to get hurt is if you misuse the kettlebell. I will have a kettlebell workout video at the bottom for you guys to follow. Men and women can both take part in making their bodies as lean as you want with this piece of equipment.

4. What Kind of Body Will Kettlebells Give Me?
I've kind of given you guys a glimpse of what kind of body you can get with kettlebells, but I want to elaborate a bit more. These kettlebells will give you a lot of lean and shredded muscle. Abs will become more visible as you shred and rip that fat off of your body. I find that I start to get more defined muscle than just the bulky, cookie cutter, muscle from machines. If you want to shed more fat off of your glutes and thighs like I do, then do more deadlifts. If you want to have better ab definition, then you can do twists. Whatever kind of body you want, you can tweak your workout in order to get to that body the quickest way possible. Kettlebells will also work on your legs, so you will be working out the rest of your body and doing leg day at the same time! Missing leg day is a thing of the past!

If I sound like I'm a believer in kettlebells and the many benefits of what they embody, I am! I believe that you can tone your body, cut those muscles, rip and shred that fat, and get to that lean body that you so want with a kettlebell that should cost you no more than about a dollar for each pound that you buy. If your kettlebell is 20 LB., then you should be paying around $20. There are some that are a combination of plates that you can remove to make your kettlebell lighter or heavier, these are more advanced. I would suggest that women start with 10 pounds and guys start with 15 pounds. This fine piece of weight burning equipment is probably the best piece of equipment I've ever found when it comes to weight loss. I think that everyone should participate in kettlebell exercises. If you want to get strong, lose weight, define muscle, get a body builders body, or get a body for MMA, I would suggest that you get a kettlebell, follow a video and get going. There is no time to lose! GO!

This workout is for beginners. I would suggest that you start with this unless you have a history of having done a workout or have been in sports before. This is not for the faint of heart. Women and men can do this. I would encourage you all to consider kettlebells. It will change your life!

The Batman Workout...1 Batty Workout

A lot of us have seen the Batman series and think of him as a hero that has been under rated because he doesn't have a super power. Batman has a great physical body that we all wish we had. We really don't give these super heroes credit for being ripped, strong, and able to save a lot of people. He was Gotham's savior and enemy at the same time. His workout is a very impressively exhausting workout that will leave you healing your strained and worked muscles for days. If you want a good ab workout that will rip your abs, take a look!

1. Muscle Groups Worked
Let's be honest, to lose weight you have to build some serious muscle to burn some fat. The Batman workout utilizes all muscle groups and tends to not leave any out of the mix. It is a leg heavy, ab heavy workout that will leave your legs and abs torched. My shoulders were even feeling like they were extremely sore. Get ready to work out all of your muscle groups and really get some bat-like muscle.

2. Fat Burn
The fat burn aspect of the Batman workout is something to be desired because it is mostly a workout that builds muscle. the exercises are built to build your abs and get the ball rolling towards the fat burn. Don't get me wrong, there is fat being burned here. There is fat burned with any and every workout, but some have more fat burned than others.

3. Variety of Exercises
This workout tends to be on the more interesting side of things because of how many exercises there are. There are 9 exercises altogether to help work your major muscle groups beyond what you thought you would get from a workout. The Batman workout doesn't just focus on crunches and push-ups. There are exercises that utilize the push-up, plank, crunches, and leg raises until absolute failure. 6 Powerful Exercises to Strengthen Your Abs

Let's admit it. If you are here, you probably want a six pack or to lose weight around your abdominal area.
A lot of people in the United States want to lose weight on their abs.
When we are used to picking up a large soda and eating a large fast food meal for lunch, it becomes apparent very quickly that we have problems.
Today I want to talk about 6 powerful exercises to strengthen your abs.
We are going to work on building that six pack!

1. Abdominal Crunch
Abdominal crunch or the crunch is a very great exercise for building your ab walls.
The problem that many people have is that their lower back hurts when they do crunches.
I have the perfect solution for this problem.
When you go to do your crunches put a pillow under your lower back to give your back greater stability.

2. The Plank
This exercise is fantastic for its use in ripping the lower abs.
It has the same position as starting a push-up accept that you don't do the push-up, you hold it.
The plank has been used for multiple purposes.
You can lift one leg at a time up off the ground to add a variation.

3. Bridge
The bridge is one of those exercises that is easier to do.
As you get into your crunch position, lift your butt off the ground with your hands flat on the ground.
You may have to do more of these, but they will give a burn to your abs.

4. Supermans
The Superman exercise is great because you lay flat on your stomach with arms and legs stretched out above and below your core. You lift your arms and legs off the ground at the same time.
This will give a workout for your back and abs.

5. Running High Knees
Running High Knees is one of those workouts that you can get tired on quickly, but it beneficial to your abs.
Basically you are standing in one place, running in place, but trying to get your knees as high as you can.
You can start off your workout with the running high knees to warm up and get the blood flowing.

6. Side Ab Crunch
Side ab crunches are another powerful exercise to give you that ripped look you want.
You sit in a regular crunch position except that you put your legs all the way to the side on the ground.
Then you do a regular crunch and it works the outside abdominal muscles.

Do these exercises until failure for five times a week to get a six pack that is ripped.
It may take longer for some people as you may need to start a diet to lose the fat on top of the abdominal muscle wall before you begin these exercises, but you can do it!
I believe in you guys, and I believe that if you do these exercises until failure, five to six days a week that you will get the six pack that you guys are looking for!

Indoor Winter Exercises


Winter has been raging all around us in full force.
What is a person supposed to do for exercise when it is just too wet outside?
We are going to talk about some stuff you can do inside that will still profit you and your weight loss.
This will be the last blog post until after Christmas and then we will have a special one for New Years and more after Christmas!
So, let's get down to the facts.

1. Treadmill
If you have a treadmill or a gym membership then you can utilize having a treadmill.
Get on that running machine and run until you drop.
Running burns a lot of fat.

2. Weight Lifting Machine
This is kind of like the first one, if you have a weight lifting machine or a gym membership then you can lift some weights for some good fat burn.
It doesn't burn as much as the treadmill, but it still has a good burn.

3. Dumbbells
Dumbbells are one of those things that can be supplemented by heavy objects like a good sized boulder.
Lifting dumbbells can have a pretty good burn, but not nearly as much as the first two.

4. Yoga
Yoga isn't so much for fat burn but can be profitable for exercising with a mat as your only exercise equipment. I haven't personally done yoga, but I have heard that its good to do.

Keep in mind that you can hurt yourself by using these different exercise methods.
Lift with good posture and to your own discretion.
Lose some weight before Christmas and impress your friends and family by the weight you have lost!
